I'm so happy I found this place! In the past, when I would have a flat tire, I would bring my car to a Goodyear or Firestone and be told that the flat could not be repaired and I would need to buy a new tire. Miller Tire is honest. If the flat can be patched, they'll patch it instead of trying to sell you a new tire. They also handle other issues. When I bought my most recent car, it didn't come with a front license plate holder. I ordered one online, brought it to Miller Tire and they installed it for $10. This morning I brought my car in because part of the engine splash had detached and was rubbing against the road. They removed it for $10. The ladies up front all speak English and two of them are graduates of Southwest High. :) What more could you ask for? read more

Walked in to get an oil change, there was practically no one in there except for me. They asked me my name while typing in the computer. They then proceeded to ignore me and have a personal conversation for about 15 minutes regarding tenants that they want to evict. I sat there twirling my thumbs wondering if they were ever going to take down my information and proceed with the service. I literally just grab my keys turned around and walked right out the door and they didn't even notice. Ended up coming to the Miller tire on Bird Road and 97th Ave. here is where they told me that that Miller 107 it is not associated with Miller tire whatsoever. They are new owners new to the business. Poor customer service I will not be returning. I do not recommend, especially knowing they're new to the business. Wow, the customer service is impeccable! First off, this shop is owned by two sisters who are highly knowledgeable about cars. I felt such great vibes from them! I took my Cadillac in because it was stalling, and two other places were unable to pinpoint precisely where the problem was, so I was feeling hopeless. I got the car there around 11:30 am. They took my keys and told me they would call me with an estimate and proceed further if I agreed. My car was ready by 4:30 pm, and the bill was economical. My caddy is now running smoothly, and I am so happy to have found this shop! I will continue to bring all my cars here. As a woman, it's hard to handle car issues and not feel swindled but rest assured, you will be in good hands here!! I highly recommend it for all your car needs. Got a nail in my tire, stop by and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The Tech was really nice and explained the options based on the puncture site of the nail on the tire. He was able to plug it and a few weeks later its still all good. I had forgotten my wallet with the rush to get the tire fixed and I was able to pay with apple pay via my phone. The charge was $15 which was a great price, other places I have used in the pass charge $20. Overall great service the office staff was very friendly. read more

I had parked my car out front and received an unfriendly reaction from an employee as he raised his voice at me telling me to move my car and began walking at me quickly and aggressively. I took my car to Miller tire on Monday because my rear tires brakes were grinding! The mechanic (Daniel) asked me to take it for a ride and of course, the car didn't make a sound! I was so embarrassed I called my husband. Daniel told me that he knew exactly what it was and reported it to the front office. They looked up my account and saw that my past brake service was in December and it was still under warranty. They told me immediately not to worry that the brakes would be changed ... let me tell you, I was shocked! Absolutely amazing customer service, stress free and no issues! Leo was my tire tech and he was able to find a needle size hole in my tire that had been making my tire pressure sensor go off for about one week. They were prompt, helpful and thorough. This is not the same place that has been at this location for years. I found out the hard way that the new location for Miller Auto Care is 9798 SW 40th St. I came today for a nail in my tire and asked for a oil change as well. After an hour and a half, I was told the tire was patched but the oil change was still pending. When I went to pick up the car, they told me the tire couldn't be patched. I basically wasted 2 hours. As I was driving to the new location, the old oil sticker was still on the car and they didn't even reset the oil life. When I went to the new Miller Auto on Bird, they were able to patch the tire and even went out of their way with resetting the oil life. Never again will I fall for this trap. read more
