My oil change took a total of 15 min at most but was done with great quality and care and spent the same amount as if I went to jiffy lube Midas or valvaline!! She found a $20-off coupon online and we checked the reviews. Looked great so off we rode. While I frequently change oil myself, this place is great for those who don't. You pull right in, don't have to leave the car and they're super quick. We were in and out within 15 minutes. They also give you free water or soda while you "wait" which is a great touch. It was going to come out to $44 for conventional without the coupon, which isn't too bad. The tech offered to replace the wiper blades for an extra $24 which again isn't too bad even though they're a simple change, so we opted in with rainy season on the way. I to my Buick Enclave with 68000 miles to get an oil change. I usually take an old 2005 Chevy Cobalt to this location and I never have issues. I usually take my Buick to the Dealership to change the oil for quickness and service but I was in a hurry and did not plan accordingly. When I arrived I told them the type of oil I wanted (5w30 full synthetic). After the oil change, the Check Engine light stayed on. I asked them if they touched anything electrical, the managers response was that all they do is change the oil. I told them that I was going home to check the code. When I came home, the codes were related to the MAS airflow sensor, then I realized what happened. In order to check the the engine air filter, you have to disconnect the sensor. When this was going on, the helper told me to turn the ignition key to the on position, but not to turn the engine on. When I did this, the electrical circuit was not complete and a code popped up. I erased the codes and the car is fine. I called back and spoke to the manager to let him know what happened so this doesn't happen to another person. His response was that he never touched anything electrical even though I saw him do it. He also stated that he has been in the business for twenty years and he would keep interrupting me, stating don't play mechanics if you are not. So either he has been doing this for twenty years and just doesn't know about cars electrical systems or he did it on purpose. I finally got frustrated and hung up the phone. He just lost two customers and anyone else that I speak with. BTY, the only reason I took my car here was because I had no time. I have worked on cars all my life and I'm an Aircraft Mechanic that specialized in electrical systems, besides many other things I fix. My advice do not take your vehicle to this place and if you do, remember that they DO NOT stand by their work. read more

Long story short I got an oil change and had to get a new car. I got an oil change and broke down in Palm Bay a few days later. The tow truck driver, road ranger, and mechanic all said my car was given way too much oil and it leaked into the engine and therefore I needed a new one $6,800. My car was a 2015 with 60,000 miles they said this should not have happened, but wasn't sure they could prove negligence. I am new in town and I just picked a random place to get an oil change. Do not do the same! It makes it worse he tried to sell me a $100 synthetic oil change when I told him I've never gotten synthetic he said it would show up on my car fax report and he would show me. He opened my hood and realized he was wrong I should've taken that hint and left right then. I had to get a vehicle since I was stuck 3 hours away so there is nothing I can get from this place since my car is gone probably sold for parts and taken to a junk yard. However today my car was making this really weird noise... it was 5 till 6 and they close at 6. They could have told me .. sorry I cannot help you at this time. But they didn't. Bryan was ... you need to have this "plate" taken out- this is what's making your car make this noise. The other guy that was there... I don't have his name ... but really awesome guys as well... immediately took a look at the car. I love this place. The owner was there that day, but even when he isn't, these guys have a sense of ownership and pride. The price was fair. I walked out with free windshield wipers and free oil plug (mine was stripped). They also identified and showed me a potentially hazardous condition, which they easily fixed. There were applicable discounts for a returning customer which they gave me without having to ask for them. I double checked their pricing and it was reasonable. If you have ever lost a car due to incompetent oil change maintenance, you will appreciate this review. My car is a 2014 low mileage car and I am about to retire. Good service is so important to extend the life of my vehicle. I also love that these guys are not a chain. The owner owns four of these in the county and they are invested with their community.
