    I wanted 2 items as Xmas gifts. tried to place order online but site would not accept the coupon…read morecode on my catalog. tried calling. only open M~F 9-5. Finally got thru and placed order. Then dead silence. Tracked order on line and was told no order exists. Finally got thru to a human who said my credit card had been declined (bank error) so rather than call me they just cancelled and didn't notify me. I offered what I thought was fair solution. My coupon was free shipping I suggested they expedite replacement order, I would pay reg ship, they would pay difference for express. Said no. Asked for manager. Said none available but would call me. Guess what. No call. Found same item on Amazon prime. Will be here tomorrow free shipping. I was trying to support the little guy but will NEVER buy from them again after being a customer for 30 years.

I too can read tracking information and the stocking did arrive finally, more than one month after I ordered it. One month. You can blame UPS but what the tracking info shows me is your company chose the slowest possible method to ship, after I paid extra fees for that privilege. Then your "customer service" wasn't able to do anything more than read me the same tracking information I saw. No apologies, no compensation, no refund for my inconvenience, no "let us make it right" in any way. Nothing they could do. Now you reply way after the fact to quote me the same tracking info. So far this Christmas your companies have: 1. shorted two items you advertised online were in stock, only one of which you credited until I had to ask; 2. sent me a random wrong item; 3. sent me two times one item; and 4. took more than one month to receive the Christmas stocking you are so famous for, that matches all my others (not that those are shown in any previous orders I can access).... all for the bargain price of $27 shipping. While other companies get it to me in a few days or refund my money if there's even the slightest concern. I even personally shipped UPS ground and my gift arrived overnight for less than $15. And those matching stockings? The new one is a good half inch smaller all around. Clever way to save more money. I think I need all new ones. From elsewhere. Probably decades of orders and thousands of dollars doesn't matter to you but it does to me. You probably don't care about this email either but at least you will know why I won't be ordering again.
