No local AAA company would respond to give me a tow, but Hirt Towing drove over 2 hours to my location to see that my vehicle was taken care of and professionally handled. not only did they drive 2 hours to my location they drove another 30 minutes further from their shop to deliver my vehicle when local towing companies affiliated with AAA that were within 30 minutes of my location would not respond. I'd give them 10 stars but yelp only lets me give them 5. The best thing about this experience is that i was able to reunite with a fellow serviceman that I served in the military with and lost contact with him. Eric and his team are nothing but professionals and stand up people.

I was standing at my vehicle with the keys and a PAID-IN-FULL service invoice in my hand. Despite being the legal owner and having proof of payment, this company refused the tow. They claimed they needed "permission" from the dealership's service department--which was closed--even though I had already paid and moved the truck out of the shop. I even offered to drive the truck myself across the street to a public lot so they wouldn't have to deal with the "dealership location" technicality. The moment I removed their excuse, their story changed instantly. They suddenly "didn't have the right truck" and "didn't tow diesels that far." They wasted hours of my time with bureaucratic lies because they clearly didn't want to deal with a long-distance haul. They are happy to take AAA's money as a contractor, but they will leave a paying customer stranded the second a job is "inconvenient." Absolute bottom-tier service. Stay away.
