I am auto mechanic at a dealership. I recently purchased a new to me truck. Brought it to work the 3rd day of ownership and come out to my truck and there is a long gash along my driver front fender. My boss and I reviewed the camera system. Unfortunately we did not have a camera aimed at my truck but my truck was parked alongside a part of the building where no one pulls through because it is so narrow and we usually park our loaner cars there. There were only 3 vehicles the went through that alley way, 2 of them belong to our dealership and had no damage. The third vehicle was a millers towing flat bed. It made sense that the mark made on my truck was from a flat bed corner. We measured the height of the gas and compared it with another tow truck and it is exactly the same height. They were the only tow company in our lot after lunch and why the driver would go through that tight alley way is beyond me. We jabe him on tape pulling forward then backing up as if he didn't k ow if he'd fit then pulling forward to leave anyway. We reached out to the company who essentially told us to kick rocks they aren't going to pay for any of the damage. If they aren't willing to take responsibility for the damage......what damage are they doing to their customers vehicles and not saying anything about? read more

I recently locked my keys in my car....twice! The first time I called, they were at my location within minutes and today, also at my location within minutes. The guy couldn't get to my lock on the door, so he called for assistance. In no time, I was on the road. For the inconvenience, the second time, it was free of charge. They were so nice & professional. I and my debit card really appreciate it! Miller's Towing will be my "go to" for my car needs from now on! Thank you guys so much! read more

My vehicle was taken by a family member without permission. This family member got the car impounded. We called Millers's Towing and asked if we could use a debit card to pay and they said "yes". We showed up and the heavy set worker at the office said we had to pay with cash. We went and got cash and then he said we had to have exact change. The bill was $108.89. We had a 100 dollar bill a 20 and a 5. We asked if we could give him the $105 and put $3.89 on the card. He wouldn't let us put 3 dollars and 89 cents on the card and was very rude about it. If you have to go to Miller Towing please hope you don't get this guy. We never got his name but he's the heavier set guy and has no business dealing with the public. The lady on the phone we call at Millers's was very nice and professional and I wish she was there when we arrived but she had already went home. read more

I will never use this company, due to the RUDE lady I talked to. She kept hanging up on me due to me having throat cancer & unable to talk loud also gave me a higher price then they charged before, this time it was to a closer place. Her words were "That's what I'm charging, if you don't like it, go somewhere else". Well we did, called Shaffer's towing & the cost was $50. cheaper, nice new clean big tow truck. In this time of Covid19, they should respect people or go out of business. Word of mouth helps or hurts a business. Hope you don't use them. read more

Motorcycle would not start. Called Miller's, they said truck would be there in 45 mins. After waiting an hour, I received a call stating they are running late but should be there shortly. After waiting 2 hours and 10 mins and still sitting on the side of the road with no truck, I call back and am told some other excuse. Took about 2:25 mins or so after being told 45. I'd never use them again. As expensive as they are, not acceptable in my book. read more

"Used" Miller's Towing through AARP/All State. Called at 2:30AM to check on a time, and was given terrible attitude. With my car broken down and had already been there for an hour, my patience was tested through the entire interaction. "Will you be staying with the vehicle?" "I guess so, do I need to?" "Well you want your car towed don't you? "...yes" "Well don't you think you should stay with your vehicle if you want your car towed?" "yep" "alright is there anything else you wanna bother me with or can i get to towing your car?" At this point I hung up. I couldn't stand to talk anymore. Not 6 minutes later, I get a call saying they've cancelled their service. This was around 3AM. Never, ever again will I deal with this company. read more

I was pleased with the service I received. I quoted three towing companies, and Miller's gave me the best price. I did not have to wait long, and the dispatcher made sure all the information was complete before the tow truck driver arrived. Driver was quick and efficient. I was able to pay with a credit card. There was a five dollar charge to use my credit card to pay for services. I Hope I never have to use towing services again, but if I did I would not hesitate to use Miller's towing. read more

When I had my accident and was stuck on the side of the road the guys who came to help were very nice. They had to tow my trailer and horses back to their place. It was late at night. I asked "what do I need to know or do now?" "Nothing" they said, "just let us make a copy of your drivers license". Drove 90 min back home. Next morning I called and spoke to an extremely rude lady about what should happen next. In a sneering voice she said "Did you think you could get your trailer out of here with out paying for it? It's been impounded!" I said of course not and my trailer wasn't impounded, I was in an accident. I then asked if I could pay my bill right now, over the phone. She said "we don't take cards, its cash only!" Don't you think that was important information to tell me at 10pm last night?? I live 90 minutes away. And what kind of towing company takes cash only? If my insurance paid the bill, they wouldn't be getting cash. Still they refused to move my trailer without a cash payment. In the end the repair shop agreed to pay the cash when they dropped my trailer off and bill me later. Miller's did tow my trailer to the repair shop and tried to charge and extra $10 over what I was quoted. Miller's Towing is SHADY. I didn't choose Miller's. The police did, however if you have a choice, don't use Miller's. There is something super sketchy going on there. read more

The owner is very difficult to deal with and her son. everyday depends on her mood as shes paranoid about everything. A control and micromanager personality makes it very difficult working conditions. read more

They maybe the cheapest in town but they have poor customer service. The guy who answers the phone is beyond rude and needs to learn how to speak to customers. I would rather pay more and get good customer service than pay less and be treated with disrespect. read more
