Unfortunately my car had a weird size that wasn't easily found, but he did have one brand new. However I didn't have much money on me to pay for a brand new tire (which was a reasonable price) but he ended working with me and found a gently used tire that was very near my normal size and way less price. All in all I stopped her by random chance and I plan to be coming her for my needs in the future. He's very honest and doesn't play games or overcharge anyone. He then told me that places like NTB tend to try to upsell you and take your money, especially if you're a female. He said I probably wouldn't need my pads replaced for another year. This chain used to be great but now they're sexist and full of shit. I would avoid going here unless it's for something extremely simple like a tire leak, oil change, or tire rotation. They just want your money, they're not honest 24/7. AND THEY TRIED TO DELETE MY COMMENT ON GOOGLE!!

Hours later he returned and the truck hadn't even been taken back. 30 minutes later they take it back and then tell him they don't do smog checks, they ASSumed that I needed it fixed for failing smog! Replacing O2 sensor without repairing Vacuum Leak is like taking tylenol for a toothache instead of seeing a dentist and repairing the real problem.
