We had our condo for sale with another agent. Gillain was the buyers agent. We called Gillain…read moreseveral times. She never had time to talk to us regarding the sale of our condo. She would always say," Have your agent call me, I don't have time." I just had a short question about the contents of our property, information for the buyer, which included transfer of cable, etc. She was was still,"too busy." She should have known that we could sell the contents of the condo for $1 which would not mandate the buyer pay the sales tax on the contents down the road. The County will be after that sales tax soon. It has happened to me personally. We hoped for a smooth transition, but with Gillain involved it made it very stressful. We hoped to refer the new buyers to our management service Grandwelcome ( which they did) but the agents balked at referring them. even though they had all 5* reviews. I was able to talk to the buyers after the sale referring them to contact Grandwelcome. I just googled them. The buyers obtained a contract with Grandwelcome and they even gave them our bookings down the road, even some 7 months later. Why Gillain would not want them to have booked rentals down the road just did not make any sense. Gillian was rude and unprofessional. We have had many real estate dealings in years past and have never been treated in such a manner.
