The inventory is well-organized and fresh. This store has fresh fruit, home-made take-n-bake pizza, breakfast sandwiches (sometimes free samples!), an amazing selection of hot or cold coffee beverages, and spotless bathrooms. Most importantly, aside from prices of course, are the extremely friendly workers. The people Kwik Trip hires are extremely accommodating, polite, and helpful. The smile and kind words from one of their cashiers is just the perk someone needs in the morning before their iced mocha kicks in. I can't say enough good things about this place.

I am not the type to complain, especially about front-line workers, handling a lot of services, but the disrespect is hard to observe and experience. I stopped to add some air (as one light seemed to tell me I needed to), but the place I stopped at in Beloit didn't have a gauge to measure the PSI, so I had no idea how much I was adding, so of course, the light came back on shortly after I got back on the road. It was already dark, and I seriously considered turning around and missing the funeral in Minneapolis the next morning. However, I as I was nearing Madison, I decided to pull off the freeway in Madison at a place where there's a Cousin's and a Walgreen's right across from each other as I wanted both, and I saw this place nearby. I pulled in and they were sympathetic to my situation. They got me in immediately and made sure all of my tires were at the proper PSI (and yes, I had overfilled a couple). I was back on the road in no time and made it to Minneapolis without issues. The peace of mind was well worth the $5.00 they charged me. Could be locally, everyone knows access road means entrance, but that has a different meaning for us. Now we know. Gas prices are competitive to low while the shop prices seem a bit high but could be right in line with the local economy. No way for me to know.
