Pete has been helping me from the day I walked in the door through my most recent visit to purchase my lease. This time around, I also received great customer service from Kay in the Accounting Department, who was helpful and did a nice job of explaining things to me. We had a blow out on the highway in a Porsche Cayenne but made it into town. No tire business had the tire but Griffin Ford found us one and had us back on the road in a very reasonable amount of time. We were at their mercy when paying the bill, but we were shocked how reasonable it was. The staff was very friendly and even recommended a great restaurant for breakfast well waiting. read more

Do not bring your vehicle here for service. My husband brought his F150 here to have the coolant flushed. Later that week he noticed there was a puddle of coolant under the truck. They told him to bring it back so they could fix "their mistake". He brought it back and the service advisor informed him that the tech that worked on his truck probably had to apply a lot of force to the coolant elbow and that's why it's leaking. They then proceeded to make us pay for the repairs for the damage that they caused, because it wasn't drivable with the amount of antifreeze pouring out of it. We were stuck and had to pay the almost $500 for the damage they did. Horrendous service department and customer service. We will be contacting Ford. This is a 2014, low miles, Florida truck that's never seen salt. Thought we were being proactive for its first Wisconsin winter...alas we unknowingly trusted it to untrained amateurs and trusted the name Ford on the building meant quality. My wife and I went in to look for a new car and found the staff was more than helpful with all the questions we had. The salesman spent a good 2 hours with us. When I came to the paperwork and the pickup of the SUV the co-owner was present and did every to make us happy with the sale. Good place to get service on non-Ford or Lincoln vehicles. I have been getting my 2004 & 2005 Toyota Corolla(s) serviced here since 2015. Their $39.95 Works package with synthetic blend oil change and tire rotation can't be beat. Whether I have asked for valet service or waited for my car, they have always adhered pretty close to expected service time. Additionally, they have good coffee and comfortable chairs. read more

I had found a SUV that I loved and thought the price was fair; the sales person Dustin was great; but, when he left to run to the other building I overheard a conversation that one of the other employees in the office was having with someone on the phone. There was a lot of cussing going on and I was just taken aback by that. I think he was a higher up person yelling and cussing at another employee but not sure. I brought my vehicle in for an inspection and was told I need new rotors all around, new pads all around , new bearings front and 1 front caliper. I was told that my pads were practically metal on metal and were wearing unevenly. The inspection lasted over 2hrs. was given an estimate of 1425.00 parts only and with labor would be more. I decided to take a look at my vehicle myself since this didn't sound right to me. I discovered that my wheels were never even taking off, the rust on the wheel bolts were clearly not disturbed when you take a lug nut off it will take some rust off the threads and there was none of that. The pads were well over 50% no where near metal on metal. noticed no uneven wear on them either. Only thing I needed was two new front rotors. Waited over 2hrs for them to not look at my vehicle and they tell me I needed all these parts. Was not impressed and will never go back... read more

I went back to this dealership yesterday for the last time. There was a service manager that I never dealt with. Wow. There were more questions flying at me about how I would pay and statements about what my costs per hour would be before I could get a word in edgewise. Besides coming in for an oil change I had a concern with some knocking in the steering column of my 2012 Fusion Hybrid. I was asked if I would be willing to take a drive with the service mechanic to confirm what I was hearing. I agreed. Then the service manager/attendant started to question me as to how I would pay. I advised him that I had an extended warranty. He asked me if I had brought in paperwork to substantiate that.I then said of course I'd have to go home and get it. But I thought it would be simpler for service manager to look it up in that I had purchased the car from them along with the extended warranty. He then stated that I would have a $100 deductible after he easily found my information in their system. I returned several hours later to pick up my car. I was advised as to what work had been done. Of course my deductible was met. I also asked for the service report on my vehicle in that I had brought it in to have an assessment of the vehicle as well. That had not been prepared. I waited for several minutes when I was given a document. There was no identifying information of my car and the document. It seems rather odd in that the last time I came in to this dealership they tried to sell me a set of four new tires. The document didn't seem right. I returned home and compared it to the previous service document. Miraculously my tires and increased their tread where and I had 11/32 as opposed to 5/32 three months earlier. I will go back today again and ask why the discrepancy. I have lost trust in this dealership. I have had several issues where honesty and customer service have been in question. best place to get your car or truck worked on and I travel 15 miles one way to go here friendly people and care about me and outhers safty on the road..... well I changed my mind on this place and I am done with them they did a poor job took 15 min and I know why all they did was change my oil and tell me my front breaks were bad and we are going on a trip this weekend should of called me or told me before I was leaving I would have had you fix them now I have to find some one in a day to do it thanks for letting me pay dealer ship $$$$$$ and for the Walmart service read more
