The store was huge like a warehouse, no music, and had dim lighting. During the whole shopping experience, I could hear loud screaming children running around the store and just being rambunctious. The lady behind the counter looked like she was tired and barely moved. She finally moved when I asked me to show me where I can find the soap for the skin, instead me showed me Vitamin C retinol cream and oil for the face. It was by far expensive at $15 a piece for a tiny bottle. She swears that her customers use it and it worked. I decided not to purchase anything since the selection was nothing to none. The lady behind the counter wasn't nice and I didn't feel welcomed. They share a parking lot and parking was confusing as there aren't any lines to separate vehicles and their proximity.

My daughter accidently knocked over a travel spray bottle on the table in front of the store on a…read morefolding table while i was enquirring information about a pair of shears when Beverly a store employee yelled at my three year old saying "thats why you dont touch things in store" my daugher walked over to me crying while the employee continue to belittle her for the minor accident. I softly told my kid its okay you didnt do anything wrong it was an accident dont cry the employee became belligerent and continued to reinforce that in fact she had done something terrible. I asked the woman to stop and asked for the manager;  however the manager agreed that children were not allowed to touch items and supported the womens aggressive behavior. We decided it was time to leave because of the hostility while exiting the store the employee told me that i needed jesus while management/owner was present allowing this ridiculous behavior. After leaving the store i was extremely upset and needed more clarification on why this type of aggresive hostility was allowed and the response from management/owner was "children should be kept in baskets and not running around like heathens" and they will put a sign on the door for future notice child are not allowed in the store just for me, however i will reiterate that my child was standing less than 5 feet away looking at a bottle on a table. This beauty supply is sure to have whatever you needs and at a reasonable price. They also have sales monthly. I can say, they are not very friendly. The customer service could have been better. No one greets you upon entering or offers amy assistance when you can clearly get lost in there. Seems their cell phones are more important, even for the armed security guard.
