Found out at the it was the females husband. Ok I let that go. The lady doing my nails really seemed to not do the powder and asked me to switch. I told her I really need the solar because I am hard on my nails. We had them done Tuesday and my nails are not very good; they chipped, the underside looks horrible and you can feel the rough edges. Willingly paid and tiped but will never return. Mind you these nails we done on Tuesday and it is only Friday morning. P.S. The man who did her nails did an excellent 3D flower.

From the moment we walked in, we were seated quickly but very hesitantly, which already made the visit feel uncomfortable. My pedicure water was cold and I had to repeatedly ask for them to warm it up. The technician who worked on me (Cindy) seemed unsure of what she was doing, and the final result reflected that. My polish is uneven, has visible lumps, missing spots, and is already chipping. It looks rushed and sloppy. My daughter was also unhappy with her pedicure. On top of that, my daughter was initially charged an extra $30 in upcharges for things that should have been standard and not extra. At the end, they took off the $30 but her Pedicure was still overpriced. The pricing felt unclear and excessive for the quality we received. Overall, the service did not match the cost or expectations, and we left very disappointed. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. I don't know if this Salon just went through a name change or if it's totally unrelated however, the nail salon that was there previously, was also horrible. So if it's the same people, stay far away from there.

He is a one man show doing all the nail needs, so I appreciate his hard work. $50 for a pedicure with some sugar scrub, callus remover, unfortunate ingrown and regular polish. His customer service was good (offered a drink: got water) and friendly. I would appreciate cleaner materials (scrub brushed looked very used) and set up materials could use some help (nail clippings on cart with towel used to dry tools). Over all not a bad experience.
