The staff is down to earth and so sweet and accommodating. I have gotten my last 2 manicures with Hanna and she is amazing. I highly recommend booking with here. I wanted a simple white ombré & 1 glitter design on each ring finger. Which shouldn't be too complicated right? Wrong... I pretty much had to convince my nail tech to do something remotely close to what I was looking for. She was very discouraging about it which was surprising. 2. When I couldn't hear or understand the nail tech, I politely asked her to repeat or explain. Which is when I'd be greeted with her annoyed & rude facial expressions. 3. I'm not from this area (I live in Houston, Tx), so everything is new to me. I was calling around nail salons in the Killeen area because it had been a while since I had my nails clipped and buffed but was having a hard time because absolutely none of them does "buff to shine". This was the only nail salon that actually offered it, at first there was a small language barrier but all in all was a great experience. I called in and was told that they could get me in right away. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted and immediately seated and tended to, I don't remember the woman's (White, Red shirt) name because I am bad with names, but she went above and beyond with her customer service. 10/10 recommend this nail salon and I will be returning her throughout the duration of my college year in Killeen. All together I paid $80 (Feet $55, nails $25) which isn't bad considering how my feet looked. I won't provide pictures but you can just imagine a guy who's feet & nails have been scrubbed, clipped, & buffed. Such an amazing experience from start to finish! This is not your run of the mill, hole in the wall nail salon. This is an upscale nail studio with very friendly staff members who deliver on the service as described in the salon menu. The studio is clean and well kept, beverages are offered to all patrons, and the prices are in line with the level of service provided. My brother and I visited for deluxe pedicures after he returned home from overseas, and we were pleasantly surprised to find such a jewel of a salon in the area. I got the " iLove Pedi" for $55 & SNS for $45 but had to pay $10 for cuticle trim & $5 for nail shape. Kinda hated that but hey, I needed it. I also got nail designs on 2 fingers for $5. Overall I loved the service, the heated neck wrap, the ambiance, & the pedi stations. I took off a star for the additional fees and the time it took. I was there for like 3 hours. This place is clean and modern. It is expensive though. To give you a idea I paid $95 for a "I love pedicure" which is second most expensive pedicure. The pedicure was good, i got everything thing the item listed except I didnt get a"lotion massage". Which was one of the main reasons I picked that one however I didnt recieve it. The lady was very sweet. I got a SNS dip/manicure which was ok, nothing special, the manicure didnt come with a massage or a hot towel. Just a plain manicure. Upon arriving staff seemed apprehensive to speak to me, I brushed it off as being a new client. Towards the end of the service when more customers arrived the vibe changed and everyone put their happy faces on and helped their clients with every need or request. I believe this may have been due to their services being more expensive as they were choosing artificial nail services. Overall this salon did not do it for me and I was disappointed. I received a reminder to come back and schedule another service. I saw the times I needed were not available with a different staff member. Came in for an impromptu self care day but found out they are appointment only. Luckily they were able to get me in within the hour since they were not that busy. Got an eyebrow wax and the lady was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable. My mani/pedi tech was also super nice, great conversationalist, and also made sure I was comfortable. I have an event this weekend and thought maybe to should get my nails done. I called as a walk-in and was able to get seen within 10-15 mins. Only because it was a basic mani and polish. The location is convenient for myself as it's right off Clear Creek. Parking is ample as there is a big lot within the shopping complex. The interior is very inviting. Clean lines and bright white. The pedi chairs look comfy and big. Which I like as being a bigger girl, the massage chairs are nice in other places but aren't comfortable with big hips. The chairs for manicures on the other hand aren't very sturdy. I felt like I was going to break it but it was manageable to sit in. That's the reason for a star missing. I also noticed people getting actual nails and dips were given forearm rests. Which were really a nice touch. My nail tech was Rubi. She was super nice and very accommodating for the short notice. She listened to what I wanted. She took her time and didn't rush even though it was just a basic mani and polish. I even messed up a nail going to the dryer and she quickly fixed it without attitude. When I asked about it, I was repeatedly told that this was policy. Well, this is bad policy. I am NOT comfortable with the ease they use in accessing my card. A pedicure is not important enough to give a business that kind of access to my payment method. Pros: Nail techs are nice. They offer complimentary beverages. Complimentary warmed neck wrap. Tools used on each customer sanitized beforehand. Cons: This salon is a hit or miss. One time they will do a great job, next time it'll be sloppy. The pedicure seats are uncomfortable and not adjustable. Finding a color that they have in both gel and regular polish is nearly impossible. I once had to switch the color 4 times to have the matching color on my hands and toes. They are expensive compared to other places... for mediocre work. If you make an appointment and do not request a specific person, they will likely have a more inexperienced person perform your nail services. This has happened to me twice already and I was very unhappy with my nails. Tip: They require a card on file to make an appointment. read more

HOWEVER the last one was so terrible, I had 4 nails break between both hands within the first WEEK and about half the other ones were chipping. Mind you we were the only ones in at the time WITH AN APPOINTMENT. When I get a pedicure anywhere else they deep clean under my toes. I did not receive that here. Secondly every color I kept picking out they kept saying that it comes out streaky and to choose another color. Like if you know it's not a quality polish why even have it in shop?! Moving on...my powder dip with extension I've had done at so many other places and for some reason this lady made each nail look wonky and she kept quite a huge gap between the nail and my cuticle. The color I went with looked great on my toes but on my nails it looked streaky and goopy when she was painting them. Over all not happy with the final product and my total was $115 BEFORE tip! Appointment Service: when this says By Appointment Only, they mean that. And they want your credit card information in case you don't show or cancel late. There's a four hour window I believe for cancellations. This applies even if you call on the same day. Cost: They only do powder for the nails...it was my first time getting that done so I'm not sure if the cost is comparable to other salons. I didn't feel cheated on the cost but I am hoping the "refill" isn't as much. I also hear the powder lasts longer so if it does, then the cost is fine. I read the reviews of this place and once they announced they were back open for business I jumped at a chance to get the appointment. I got the season refresh pedicure, which I desperately needed. I loved that I got to pick my scent and my technician, Kimberly was amazing. She chatted when I wanted to chat. And worked peacefully when I went into relaxation mode. My manicure was the I love special and it was dreamworthy. Everything from the greeting at the door, to the professionalism, to the environment was perfect. They are definitely on top of their sanitization procedures too. Every client and technician wore a mask, there was ample spacing between clients and I observed first hand how it was handled when a client was finished at their station.
