Blake called within minutes after our call ended with the answering service to come out for an after-hours service call. He came out a little after 12:30 am to help us for a minimal charge. He didn't have the part we needed, but he was able to keep it going until he could come back later in the day to install the part. Blake was professional, friendly and efficient getting the work done. The price for the part and service was very reasonable. We appreciated his honesty and not trying to upsell us a new unit. I bought a 5 ton Bosch condenser and matching air handler. I like the inverter design that is able to throttle power usage incrementally rather than a single speed or 2-speed unit that other HVAC businesses offered. He also threw in a UV light to disinfect the air and he also included a voltage monitor and surge protector for the outside unit. He was patient and understanding as I waited for my bank to issue a credit card convenience check to help me avoid credit card charges. I did not anticipate this and I should have been prepared. I would much rather go to Eagle than use bigger HVAC franchises.

Anthony was here a little after 8am. He was extremely professional, thorough and informative. He explained everything he was doing and even took the time to answer my general "how it works" questions. He identified the problem and had it fixed right away. After the unit was fixed I ask if I should go ahead and have the maintenance while he was there. He checked availability and offered to do it then or come back next week if it was more convenient. I had him go ahead and do it while he was here. We have used another company for the past 5 years with yearly maintenance. Today during the maintenance he found part that had never been cleaned or even looked at because it had been encased by the company that installed it. He removed moved a piece cleaned the pump which was full and starting to store moisture on the floor. If we had called a different company I don't know if they would have been as thorough as Anthony was today. If you need a great AC company that actually cares about it's customers first, this is the one. The prices were definitely fair, no attempt to up sale or offer unnecessary services.
