They boast 700 tanks, what they don't tell you was 75% of them were empty or had the same fish in multiple tanks. No variety of plants. The place looked so well lit in the photos, but it was dark and dreary. When my Grandson wanted to know what kind of fish was in the large ponds with the Koi, the staff member rolled her eyes at me and she walked away without answering us. While they had some beautiful fish in some tanks. A lot of the tanks were covered in algae. And the fish food to feed the creatures in the 2 big ponds, looked liked Nutro max dog food.

It was astounding the difference I felt in the stores immediately after this happened. I only found out a short time after through social media that there was this change and most people commenting about it were not impressed. I shopped there for the service, selection and home feeling each store had but the vibe is not the same anymore. It feels like a company only concerned about making the most money possible, but they are failing at it because they have lost me as a customer and I know I am not the only one. Why would you change anything about a company that is successful? They got rid of the food that I always bought for my puppy and have increased the prices of everything else! I used to spend hundreds of dollars a month there too.. Such a shame. I refuse to support them as they sell animals and I welcome all of my friends and everyone else reading this to do the same. Support local and don't give in to this big box chain store that does not care about its customers, only their profits.
