The last five visits to this store the bags of dogfood have been broken open. And they have no more in stock. Or so they say hoping to get rid of damaged goods. Staff blaming it on the truck driver delivering it. A few months ago a ripped open bag sat on the shelf for 6 weeks and never moved. The kid tried to sell it to me and give me 10% off. YA NO. Would you buy a broken bag of chips or cereal and feed it to your kids or family? I had told the staff about this bag twice before nothing was done. Yesterday another broken bag and when I asked if there was others in the back again I will give you a discount. what is Bosleys a discount crap store now? When I said no I don't do that the girl looked at me laughed and said have a nice day. The staff at this location are all young people who don't give a shit. Every time I go in there I feel like I am in Mexico bartering with street vendors. For the prices on their product the packaging and quality should be there. OH well back to Pet Smart it is.

They are incredibly knowledgeable, professional but very approachable and friendly, and their passion for animals and animal health really shows in the way that they interact with the pets that make visits to the store. My pets have been in on many occasions, and they have fallen in love with the staff too! I will continue to come to this store even when I move even though the trip will be quite a bit longer. They seem to have the basics, but a lack of shelf-space/floor space probably means that they can't carry a wider selection of merchandise. This location always seems to have ample parking because some of the neighboring businesses are less frequented. The bottom line is, if you are looking for the basic essentials, this location is okay. Otherwise, save yourself the trouble and go to one of the bigger locations or another pet chain.

Not only that, the most unforgivable thing was they triple charged my mom's credit due to the error of the credit card processing company they used. After overcharging my mom for $280, my mom immediately talked to them, the staff took her information and said she will liaise to management. After several weeks, no one from Korna or the credit card processing company contacted my mom to rectify this issue. I went in on behalf of my mom, the staff even said this was a known problem, as there were multiple clients at different locations of Korna who were affected. He took down the information again, and said it will be dealt with in a few days. Several weeks passed by again, absolutely nothing! I put in a horrible FB review, so that they know this is still an outstanding issue. Again, haven't heard a peep from Korna or the credit card processing company. Two frigging months passed by, I went in again. Another staff was trying to take down our information again and asked for a copy of the credit card bill for the third bloody time. That's when my husband got upset and raised his voice, saying how unacceptable and unprofessional this is. As he started raising his voice, the owner came over and talked to us. Of course he apologized profusely and indicated that he had been fighting with the credit card processing company for weeks. He pushed over to Fidelity Payment to deal with it, and thought it was resolved. My husband of course chewed his ear off, demanded them to resolve this problem the next business day. Thankfully with the owner on site, he finally contacted the designated staff from Fidelity Payment to deal with this issue, and after two frigging months, $280 was credited back to my mom's card. Even though their store is spacious and comfortable to shop at, and the variety of dehydrated treats and raw are very appealing, I just don't think my mom and I will ever step foot in Korna again after this super unpleasant experience.  Aside from an apology, the owner didn't even think of or bother to do something to win his clients back. It's a loss to them, not us! My mom and I have been loyal customers to them, and every previous purchase was over $100 just on treats! Well, I guess we'll have to buy from other pet stores!

My friend raises mini horses and brought me here looking for supplies for them. While she didn't see anything that she wanted to buy, the store clerk was really helpful with her and answered all of their questions. They have a ton of stuff here for barn animals and pets for feeding and caring for them. The bags of fresh apples and carrots out front and wide variety of jerky that greets at the door was just a beginning.
