So I spoke with Brylle who I thought was a very nice young man and was very presentable and professional. He left that day saying they would get back to me in a couple days. Well that couple days turned into a week and then they just didn't call back after awhile leading me on and treating me like my time is not valuable. Marshall is a professional and has been in the realestate game long enough to know better than to treat a customer like this. Especially someone who has said such good things about you. Marshall you make enough money that if you are not interested in doing business with someone , if you don't want to deal with buying a property instead of leading people on , just leave an automated message. Here's an example for you. Hello this is Marshall and I am sorry but I don't think I can make an offer to buy your home at this time but please consider us for the future. We went and Jennifer was not only rude, and unapologetic, she made us feel as though we were wasting her time in the dump she had the gall to show, as the carpets were disgusting, the walls needed painting, and cleaning (There was a huge booger on one of the bedroom walls!), air ducts were missing, there was toothpaste all over the bathroom, and the house overall looked like a dump.....
