Carlos ran the crew and was so professional and courteous. All floors/stairs were covered. Marvin, Omar and Jeff were all hard-working and got everything done quickly like clockwork. All furniture was covered and protected. If we asked for anything to be placed in a different place or requested changes there was only one answer: No problem - with a smile! I honestly didn't think customer service like that existed anymore. I consider myself a tough reviewer, I can't believe myself how glowing this review is but they were that good.

From my initial telephone contact with Karey and our video walk through with Jon I was very impressed. Likewise, I was very pleased with the initial cost estimate that was provided to us. We did our due diligence and obtained two other estimates, both higher than the one from Prince. In fact, one was twice as high. We were a bit concerned about the great disparity. However, having been impressed with Karey and Jon and reading about the fundamental principles of their business we elected to go with Prince. I cannot say enough about the crew that handled our move. They called ahead of time to advise they were on the way - and on time ! Carlo, the team leader, was polite, responsive to our requests, flexible to add on a few things we needed to move, and his supervision of the other three members of the crew : Omar, Jeff and Mario. The care that the entire crew gave to our furniture, including some large, heavy wood pieces with glass shelves and doors, was extraordinary. The move was handled efficiently, effectively and expeditiously. Nothing was damaged ! The crew was great in moving things around to get them in the correct location. We were very pleased ! The day before the job, he texts me saying he needs raise the price and proceeds to "tech-splain" how it's a specialized job requiring specialized tools (I built it myself originally with a drill using a couple of bits). While making the deal with John, it seemed to go good, however, we found out afterwards there was important information he left out and was not offered! We moved on May 3rd 2025. First,they were late to the location. I got worried, but they showed up 30 minutes or so later. I was told they ran late from an earlier move. So I figured no worries, I was just glad they showed up. The moved seemed to go great, they were nice guys, it was pretty hot out and they worked hard! Once the move was complete, I thanked them and tipped them very well and they left. When we turned on one of the TV's (2 - year old, 75 inch smart TV), exactly where they delivered it and left it, it had a huge crack across the top along with other cracks and white lines going down it. (My boyfriend did tell one of the movers he was worried how he handled the TV and where and how he set it down. And the mover basically told him to hush that it's his job and he knows what he's doing!! ) I was very upset, as I paid good money for that TV. We called the gentleman that we made the deal with, John, and he stated we need to file a claim, but he wasn't sure of the outcome since we didn't have the insurance. We advised him we were not offered insurance and were unaware of that, he admitted he didn't offer it because he knew we were already on a budget. That should have still been offered to us regardless!! Then he asked how they moved the TV, we told him with a moving blanket, he explained it should have been moved in a special box that is around $100. So again, another issue on their behalf. He gave us the info to file a claim, we filed and had tried contacting them by phone and emailed numerous times. They never answer the phone and I never did get any calls back. They took 6 weeks to say they'd give us $50 for our TV that was over $800, two years ago (now worth $618). They said it was because we didn't have the coverage!! But, how are we supposed to be aware of it when we weren't told about it? Also, they moved our TV incorrectly, another issue that was out of our hands and not our fault. I am so disheartened by this. That TV was supposed to go to my daughter when we moved, she was so excited to have it and now all we will get is $50 and a broken TV to take to the dump. Just so wrong and unfair. I would not recommend them after this!!!

The loading went OK since we had already packed everything except for the furniture and art. All the boxes we packed were labeled by room and contents. The damage was discovered after the move. If the Forman chosen for the job is not good your move will be expensive, difficult and there will be damage. The guys they sent worked hard but not smart because the Forman was inexperienced. He did not focus on priorities that would make the move smoother, He was in CYA mode the entire time. He pointed out minor flaws in a few pieces of furniture that we already knew about and acknowledged. The irony of all this CYA is that these movers or rather their forman deliberately hid damage that they caused. * They damaged the wall in the stairwell of the destination we moved into by gouging the drywall and chipping the paint. And said nothing. * They chipped the glass of an expensive dining room table top. And said nothing. * They spilled Gatorade on the carpet in one of the bedrooms, covered it up with boxes. And said Nothing. * At the destination they dropped boxes that were clearly marked by room just about anywhere and everywhere. We found boxes marked "Kitchen pots and Pans" in the garage. * They left Art sitting in the hot sun * We had specifically asked that the beds be unloaded and set up in the bedrooms as one of the first things upon arriving at the destination, to determine what other furniture would fit. This was repeatedly ignored. Instead they dragged their feet but kept asking where certain pieces of furniture were to go. The move ended up being much more expensive by 30%. Take this is a caution. Maybe if you're a student and you have inexpensive stuff - things like this will not bother you. But if you have things you care about. Maybe you can hire a company that can do better. Working with them was frustrating and in the end very expensive.

The office people had the nerve to tell me "the movers don't always know the policy" then why let someone represent your company make false promises IF THEY DON'T KNOW NOTHING. This is on top of being an hour late to the house we moved from, taking at least 3 breaks, and taking several pictures while inside our home for who knows what. Update: Rachel also likes to post as the company on facebook with the same lies as they continue to make. As I expressed there others should be concerned with going with a company that is not trustworthy or honest especially when it involves entering your personal space. Best to avoid. They may be the cheapest but you're definitely get the same customer service as the saying goes "you get what you pay for." Hire friends before them and don't even consider as a last resort.

Everything was very smooth and the logistics & price were very good for the quality & convenience of service. A crew of 3 loaded the truck, & with our house having 3 levels I was glad the movers were young and strong guys.
