I needed a pair of safety-toe shoes for my line of work & was excited to see that they had a very decent selection to chose from. I was also impressed with the fact that they had larger sizes stocked, that are rare to find/come by in almost all of their women's shoes (I'm a size 11). Best customer service experience! The lady was super helpful & polite, was great about answering questions and also was not 'pushy' or in-your-face (as I had experienced at the other couple of prior shoe stores on my hunt). I never once felt rushed. The salesperson started a conversation with me and I informed him of needing some dressier shoes for the reasons listed above. He immediately suggested something in the clearance section seeing I needed a quick solution. I thought this was really considerate. He could've easily tried to take advantage of a situation. I ended up trying something regularly priced because I liked the brand and they looked comfortable. And they were. I bought them and am very happy with my purchase.
