She had previously been to the Apple Shop in Kingston and had not had a considered or helpful experience. After today i cannot speak highly enough of Apple Milton Keynes and in particular Alex, who served my sister with courtesy, care and moved on the repair of her MacBook so swiftly and fully, that my sister was in tears. She had felt so let down, and she now felt like she had been heard and understood. the broken machine had caused her a lot of stress, as had being told she was responsible for problems when she wasn't (she did take responsibility for the one thing she had caused). i really want to thank and acknowledge Alex and the store for their assistance today. i assume from this that that there is a culture of great service to customers at this store.

Maybe I would give them 5 stars if not the experience after purchasing iPhone 4. After few visits in store and throughout the investigation they finally replaced my phone. If you can not make or take calls (freely) through your new Iphone who should find the reasons? It sounded a little bit funny when they asked me to take notes when the phone disconnects my calls - especially since I use this phone for business calls. So final rating is service - 3 shop - 5 .

So I bought a television from them and when I got it home it have a thick line down the left side of the screen. I took the television back to Currys Milton Keynes at The Place and waited for nearly an hour to get to the customer service desk. Their were so many people in the queue and all were complaining about one thing or another. When I was finally granted an audience I explained the problem. They told me that only happens when the T.V. is dropped so they would not change it. I tried to explain that it could have been dropped before my purchase but then was told 'Our team is so careful with stock it cannot happen'. I PHONED HEAD OFFICE AND THEY TOLD ME THEY THE DO NOT DO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GO BACK TO THE STORE. I still have and expensive piece of rubbish in its box in a cupboard. I have since bought another one, not from Currys, it is fine. Does anybody know what to do when an organization refuses even to talk to me. They just don't care.

He never called me back (when he told me he was going to do it). I had to go twice to the store to ask about my laptop to know the status of the job. Both times, my laptop was apart (when he had told me that the work would be finished in a couple of days) and this last time, he told me that he couldn't fix it and the motherboard was cut around the broken piece (he cut it!!!! and he told me that he was going to replace the broken piece, not to cut it from the motherboard). His only words were "I told you it was a difficulty job". Before going to Tezco, my computer could turn on, now I can't turn it on, the motherboard is broken and the computer has a lot of scratches. His words were "I fix laptops, I don't break them"... well, somebody broke my laptop and it wasn't me. After those words he asked me to go out of his store in bad ways. The shop was empty, there was one male member of staff standing behind the desk looking at the computer with a girl standing beside the counter again playing with her nails. We took our old trainers out to compare what was available, (also this would act as a prompt to the staff) we must have stood there for about 6 minutes before we decided that we would leave. We decided to leave as we were not greeted, were not approached even though we were clearly looking to buy, the service was terrible & we were totally shocked compared to the service from other up & Running stores. We returned back to the Headington store where we were greeted with big smiles & were given a full in-depth comprehensive level of service. Great product but the level of service from the Milton Keynes store was diabolic!

I took my laptop in the morning and recieved a phone call 3 hours later with an update on what the problem was, how much it was going to cost and how long it would take. Firstly I would like to add that the cost of repair was extremely competitive (upon cost comparison with their competitors) and secondly, the turnaround time was quicker than they stated. My laptop came back shining and looking brand new. I have complete faith and confidence to go back to Computrix should any other issue occur. They can fix a range of computer issues and do onsite board repairs. I highly recommend Computrix. Thank you for restoring confidence back in my laptop. I have since had no issues with it at all.
