People go to the doctors mainly when they are hurting and the last thing they need is to be treated unkindly. I left feeling extremely offended. I've had to see Dr. Martens, Dr. Fiore, and also saw Dr. Kirshenbaum when I was in the ER. I was sent to these doctors at the recommendation of my PCP, who I trust. They have all been kind, thoughtful, and helped me when I was ill. The wait on the phones used to be pretty long, but seems better recently. Looks like a lot of other reviews are about phone issues, so maybe that's not as big of a problem now. I get all my care from Beth Israel doctors in Boston or at Milton and have been happy with my care at both places.
