Zeynep Murat, who manages the business, took my word draft and PDF, advised me on size and paper coating, and gave me a competitive estimate, saying their out of town designer/printer would contact me the next day. And that's exactly what happened. Designer emailed me the next day, sent me a proof to review and approve the following day, and started working on my order the day after. Boom, done! After a week, i called wondering why I haven't received a call yet like they said they would. They tell me it has been ready for a few days. I go to pick it up, and only one hole was cut. I asked George about the other hole and he responded with attitude and said "I don't know what you spoke about with my son" I said "George, I dropped this off with YOU and showed YOU the two holes I marked". And he continued with attitude. Paid him the $140 and left. Didn't have time to bicker with a rude old man like that. This was my second unsatisfied visit with this place.
