I went to Parcel plus with two items to return. I had two prepaid Fed Ex labels. The seller asked me to put my items in a free Fed Ex box. When I asked for a Fed Ex box the attendant said they don't have Fed Ex boxes. I was told I would have to drive to Wilmington to get a Fed Ex box. I asked if they had a box I could put my returns in. Each box was 0.79 and the labor to put the return in the box and tape it up was 7.50 for each return. I am shocked it cost $16.58 for two boxes and tape. The store was empty and quiet. I can understand why. The quality of customer care and value for the money was not worth it. Unfortunately, I needed to ship these items today. Next time I will do better research before I leave work during lunch to take care of a return. read more

Horrible place...... took a computer to ship overnight next day air using my Fedex number. The told me I had to buy a computer box and that the box was $30. Outrageous..... for a box I could have gotten from fedex for free. Then after I filled out the paper work the girl behind the counter just took the package and walked away. Didn't check or verify the address. Didn't ask any questions about the shipment. Not sure she wanted to be there. Don't waste your time or money. read more

Excellent efficient quick service. We were on vacation in Rehoboth Beach and needed to have document notarized. I called two separate businesses (UPS and Parcel Plus). Parcel Plus ANSWERED the phone. UPS needed a message left for call back (thus they lost my business). Roger, the owner of this Parcel Plus, quickly and efficiently notarized our document and made copies for $10.45. Roger was superb and professional. Highly recommend this Parcel Plus location. Easy parking in a nice new strip mall located off of Route One. read more

First time using this place as I just moved here, Very helpful, double checked everything before sending for me knowing this was very important to me. Also, because this was important as well, this was during the coronavirus pandemic. When I walked in, there were two employees, one cleaning and the other behind the desk. As I walked up to the counter, the one employee left the area I walked into and went to the back of the store as the other helped me. When finished, had hand sanitizer for me to use. I believe that showed professionalism when dealing with people in understanding this pandemic. Thank you. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. We have used this Parcel Plus dozens of times to mail packages. Today I wanted to mail a high valued prepaid fedex package, so I wanted a receipt that I dropped off the item. The young woman said just leave it by the front door and we don't give receipts. I've gotten receipts many times from them, but she refused to print/email/text a receipt and citing Covid as an excuse. I explained that it was an expensive item and didn't want to leave it without a receipt. Then she got an attitude and just said "we don't do that" in a condescending tone and turned away. Fine, you have now lost a long time customer. I took the package down the street to a Walgreens and they scanned the package and I immediately received a text receipt. I would NOT recommend the Parcel Plus in Rehoboth Beach due to their lack of customer service and poor attitude. read more

I have used Parcel Plus for many years and have appreciated the friendly and professional services that they provide. Recently, the owner went above and beyond to resolve a problem that was not in any way the store's fault. They shipped a large, expensive, an very heavy floor lamp for me to my new home. When it arrived, the carton was torn. In opening the carton, I saw how incredibly thorough Parcel Plus had been in protecting the lamp -- miles and miles of bubble wrap. Clearly, someone with UPS had dropped the box off of a truck. The lamp was now unstable (useless), and the finish on the base was badly chipped in two places. Parcel Plus really went to bat for me with UPS, and I received $100 insurance plus full refund of shipping costs. P.S., I found someone to repair the lamp at a reasonable cost, so all ends well. I can't recommend Parcel Plus highly enough. read more

My package was pre-paid fed-ex. I asked if I could change the return address, as it was wrong, and she defensively said this is NOT a fed ex store. The cashier was curt, not patient with the packaging/ label directions and would be better listening to the needs of the customer and asking how she can help. read more

I worked with their online mail service for several months. I don't typically write reviews about places that said I had such a terrible experience that I am writing this one so people have a greater sense of working with this company online. I had no issues with my service, I did everything they asked me to do when I signed up for my account and received mail smoothly while I was out of the country for 8 months of a 12-month contract. In month 9 I received an email saying that they needed to have a form notarized that was never done when I signed up for my account, (because I was not asked to!) being that I was out of the country in a place with very little internet I could not even get a video notary call set up. They refused to continue accepting my mail after 8 months of accepting it. I tried to understand what was happening and all Debbra would say is they had a new office manager who noticed I did not have a notarized form, to which I was never asked to do I was only asked to fill it out and return my id and they set up my account, if I would have been asked I would have done it because I wanted my mail working. It was clearly an error on their part and miscommunication in their office. I lost trust right there for them to be holding my mail and opening it. I continued with emails trying to get a hold of my mail that had come in before closing my account, Debbra was rude and cold in her replies and extremely unhelpful and unwilling to acknowledge that it was an error on their behalf that I had to pay for, it was a very unprofessional experience I would not recommend to anyone. All of my mail is currently being returned to senders because they refused to handle my mail after 8 months of processing it with no issues on my account all because of their own miscommunications within their office. Maybe you can go get stuff printed there and it's all good, I would not recommend this place as a place to have them handle your mail as a digital service there is no care, professionalism, and heart. Personally traits I do not want opening my personal documents, checks, and beyond. read more

After shipping something FedX to be delivered overnight and it arriving two days later (FedX said due to bad weather) but I had to submit claim through this co. I called them to do so for my 102.40 to be adjusted or refunded. They promised to follow up, call me back and they gave me the song and dance, for over three weeks only to tell me they phoned FedX and got the same answer. I am fortunate that there are a couple of places in Rehoboth to mail packages. I have shipped from them for years and always paid a premium but their attitude about the amount of money I spent and their follow up was totally unsatisfactory. read more
