The Sisig, pork belly, is so flavorful that it in itself is worth a repeat visit. Wifey added the Chicken Adobe, upgraded the white rice to garlic rice and added lumpia as a side dish. Push all 3 to the middle and let the festivities begin. The chicken is tender, sauce is tasty, and the mixture of all 3 just makes us excited about our upcoming trip. Just before you push yourself away from the table, be sure to ask if they have the Ube Crème Brûlée Cake. It's only available on the weekends and it goes fast. It's a purple mousse cake with a caramelized top. Light, so fun to eat, and it made us spoon fight to the final piece. I had thoughts of licking the plate afterwards, but I was on my best behavior. To sum it up and In the words of the Filipinos...Petmala! The inside tables are packed together so go early and get a seat. The customers came in, ate and then made room for the others on a fairly quick basis. Peaking over and talking to the customers next to us made the experience fun and gave the place a good vibe. With the amount of pork belly provided, the plates would have been significantly better with pancit or at least half rice and have pancit. On a side note, I see they used to have a much larger menu.
