Then, I told them I had an appointment and they took me after a bit of back and forth. She rushed through the entire service after making me wait 15 minutes. The lines on the manicure weren't straight and she messed up multiple times where the white was in the pink part. I had to ask her to redo one of the nails three times and it still came out terrible. I expressed that these nails were for an important event and that didn't change the way they kept rushing us out. Ultimately gave up and fixed whatever I could by myself at home. Nails also came off 48 hours later.

Well Colleen had cut my hair quite a few times when she worked at Buzz Cuts. So when my wife was running late for her appointment because of being stuck in traffic I made the phone call for her to cancel with Colleen. But I figured why waste the cancellation, I took her spot and got the trim. As always Colleen does a terrific job. I know how particular women can be about getting their hair done. Once they find the right hairdresser, it's like a match made in heaven. They're even willing to travel for that cut and color. Us men, we are not that concerned. So long as it looks decent we're happy. I'm glad to have re-connected with Colleen, as I said she does a great job and the conversation is always enlightening. See ya in a few months!

But with that being said, nice isn't enough when you jeopardize the health of every single customer who patrons your salon. During my visit, I encountered a total disregard for sterilization, cleanliness, and sanitizing of tools. It was BLATANT and negligent. Tools were pulled from a drawer and used on multiple people consecutively without any UV light sterilization or even a simple dip into a disinfectant solution. It frightened me and I feared days afterward of catching an infection or worse. How could a business care so little about something that is so heavily regulated by the health department and licensing office? There was truly zero effort for safety and I couldn't not write this review to warn others. Please go elsewhere if you even care a little about these things.
