If I could give this place zero stars, I would! This was my very first time at this establishment as I'm new to the area. The service I needed was a full in. What looks like to be the owner, the lady was welcomed me and assigned me to a nail tech. While starting my nails I notices that my nail tech was going to place gel on my nail and place them under a UV light. I stated that I would like an acrylic instead. She then told me that they do not have that. I was fine with response. I told her I don't like the gel as the UV Light burns. The owner then ran over and suggested the dip powder method. I also didn't want that so I said "that's fine, I can pay u for what the nail tech already did". The owner was adamant about either using the UV gel form or the dip powder method. I told her, it's ok I don't want it and I can pay for what was done. which was just removing the design I had on my nails prior. She then gets upset and said "LEAVE, GO!" I was as nice customer that was treated with disrespect. If a customer doesn't want something I do not think you should be forcing it upon them. I found the owner to be rude and distasteful. I would advise if you are looking for great customer service to NOT GO HERE!!! read more

I have been going here on and off for 5 years and not had any complaints until now Due to covid they require appointments not walks ins which is totally great, I always book an appointment I Called this morning for an appointment for Valentina, was given 2:30 pm I arrive early to pick out my color, get my temp taken Waited another 20 minutes till I even got back to the massage chair 20 extra minutes is a very long time to sit especially during covid as we are all trying to limit our exposure around others.. not to mention additional time wearing my mask & it was very warm in there Hope this isn't a continuing issue or I'll have to find another salon! read more

This place is great! Great staff, very friendly, great prices! The store itself is very clean. They have a lot of different options of manicures and pedicures. I came here the first time for a pedicure. They did a great job! Calluses and all! The second time I went for a gel manicure. Again, very friendly, no wait, and an amazing job on my manicure. came here for a regular french manicure and wound up spending $25, all for it to peel off only two days later. (see pictures) after i already paid & left, i went to take a look on their website and saw that their manicure is usually $10, and when you add french it's $5 more. so your totally should be $15. i ended up giving a $5 tip before she started painting them and working, so my total would have been $20. i went back in to see why i was charged an extra $5, and the first response was "you got gel, so it's $25" but as you can see this is not gel. and she knew it too once i reminded her. then she said "oh i charged you extra because we had to soak your nails" but the kicker is that she used the mechanical tool to get almost all of the previous gel polish off (which left my nail beds really hot and soft!) and then only had my nails soaking for not even 2 minutes. if i had known that i would have soaked my nails (the correct way) at home for free. that was my first and last time going to that nail salon. not to mention- i got about two/three tiny little cuts around the cuticles from them using the rough side of the buffer on my actual skin, and they didn't use the blue stuff to prevent infection and stop bleeding. therefore, i'd assume that some of my blood touched the tools and i didn't see anyone sanitizing it, before or after. i was praying i didn't get an infection, but was afraid to speak up at the moment because i was afraid of sounding rude. looking back, i wish i had just said it. what a shame because it seemed really nice in there, and the staff was pretty friendly. i have never in my life had all of my nails peel after just two days, extremely disappointed. learned my lesson about tipping before they finish too. read more

Great service. Very clean and they do a nice job. The staff is super friendly and the prices are perfect. I get my nails done regularly and have tried out many different nails salons and have always been disappointed. At other salons I don't get the same service and always feel like I'm being ripped off. I went there for the first time upon my friend's suggestion. I wanted to get a nice design on my nails. Asked them to show me some designs and they said they don't have any, the customer is supposed to bring their own design. Showed the old lady the picture on google and she mumbled something. Long story short it looked like crap for the money that i paid. Apples to oranges really! Wouldn't recommend if you want something trendy or can get past lousy, grumpy old lady. read more

I've gone here twice just for a regular manicure and last time got my eyebrows done as well. I'm surprised by the other reviews, or it must be recently renovated or a new owner because everything looked very clean and new. I believe I saw the owner and she did an amazing job on my eyebrows. I've been struggling with them for months since someone messed them up back in February and she fixed them! The manicure was nice, she actually pushed my cuticles back and painted the entire nail. For an additional dollar she used a base coat with added nail strengthener since my nails are damaged from months of gel. They used warmed lotion for the massage and at the end she used a hot towel during the neck massage while my nails dried. Also took me as a walk in both times. read more

I think the complaints about cleanliness issues are no longer applicable because they were left so long ago. Possibly a new owner now? Either way I went the other day for the first time and it was very clean. The ladies were so friendly and all said hello and welcomed me when I walked in, which sadly is hard to find in most nail salons. My niece and I both got a mani and they did a very nice job. The massage while we were dying also included a hot towel on our necks which was a nice touch. Very affordable, too! I noticed a promotions sign stated if you pay cash they take $5 off a few specials which is awesome! read more

I wish I lived closer!! The best pedicure I've ever received. Not your run of the mill pedi...the pedicurists spend a lot of time massaging and moisturizing your legs, use warm rocks and even put wax on your heals.... All for $20!! read more

Terrible place to get fills - my mother in law goes every 3 -4 weeks for a fill there.... recently went to another salon on vacation and found out she had several nails (5) with VERY bad fungus under the fill. Owner / tech never once told my mother in law there was a problem. AVOID at all costs. read more

I went here for a mani and pedi and left absolutely disgusted. This place is FILTHY dirty. It was the most disgusting place of business I have ever been to. I'm writing this because I'm hoping the owners will see it and clean. I had a gel mani and the lights you put your hands in to dry were so gross I didn't want to put my hands down. I didn't want to be rude and leave but now I'm wishing I did. The employees are very nice and did a great job on my nails but the condition of the shop was awful. It's too bad because if it was clean I would have gone back. I will never return to this salon due to the conditions. read more

Maria gives an excellent pedicure and their shoulder massages are to die for. They take their time and do the job right. Get the callous remover and go for the hot stones.
