    We recently celebrated my daughter's Sweet Sixteen and needed a company that can do our decorations and take the stress off of our minds. One of my cousins recommended Mimi's. We gave Nataly a call and from there things got easier. We provided her a theme and she provided suggestions to enhance our choices. The ordering was easy. The crew was there early and started to work immediately. They were all professionals and made the venue look amazing. It was better than I even envisioned. I would recommend anyone that needs decor and services for their next party, to give them a call.

    One stop shop for everything wedding or event related! So happy with the service we received from Mimi's Party Palace! We hired Nataly as our day of coordinator and she and her team made our wedding run seamlessly! We also did all our rentals from Mimi's and that made life so much easier. We had food from several different vendors and were able to rent linens, catering supplies and serve-ware as well! But the services didn't stop there. We rented a fancy drink station from Mimi's and Nataly even decorated it so that it would match my floral theme. It really felt like a one stop shop! We definitely had a lot of moving pieces in our wedding, including a flash mob, but Nataly and her team, from the moment they arrived, made sure everything ran smoothly! I didn't have to do anything and could just enjoy my wedding! I could tell throughout the wedding that Nataly and her team kept tweaking things in the background to maximize interaction. Including, moving desserts outside so that people could readily grab them while partying and moving one of our picture tables to an area where more people could see it since where I had placed it originally wasn't getting foot traffic. We also rented a margarita machine from Mimi's and ordered their homemade margarita mix, which was amazing! Everyone really enjoyed it, especially in hot TX weather! Don't sleep on the margarita machine! Anything we needed Mimi's had. My only regret is that we didn't hire Mimi's to do more and rent more stuff to make the day even more beautiful! Staff, service, coordination and rentals were amazing, I couldn't recommend this company more!

    Mimi's did an awesome job at my event! Great bundle deals. I had a bartender, DJ, and photo booth set up with them for my wedding and everyone did more than amazing! Bartender was very sweet and on point. Went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a drink all night, especially the bride and groom! She even provide us with personalize cups which was thoughtful. DJ Jerry killed it, was open to requests all night and played everything we asked for. Set up looked very professional. Photo booth was beautiful! So many fun props and we were provided with a DVD that has all the photos on it that were taken. Guests loved being able to take home photos! If your looking for a professional and enjoyable company to work with, Mimi's is your place!

When I was introduced to Lauré I was frustrated and overwhelmed. I had already decided on a resort I loved and signed a contract, but room block negotiations were making my head spin. Lauré quickly put my mind at ease - she knew exactly what she was doing. She took over the communications with the resort, helped us determine the appropriate size room block, and managed the room block throughout the process. Her insight was invaluable. I would have made so many missteps had it not been for her guidance - all the way down to how to word my invitations and website to get the best response from guests. Speaking of which, we were optimistically ball-parking around 80-90 guests and ended up with over 100, which I truly believe is a testament to how effectively Lauré communicated with everyone. Once guests sent an initial inquiry to Lauré, she followed up with them like clockwork and I heard from multiple friends how responsive she was and how straightforward and easy she made the booking process. Without a doubt, we would not have had anywhere near that headcount had we left it up to guests to book directly through the resort. I cannot emphasize enough how necessary Lauré's services are if you're planning a trip with a large group and would also like to maintain your sanity. Future brides especially, you will have plenty of things to worry about while planning your wedding, do not let this be one of them. We are so grateful to Lauré for all her hard work, diligence, and support. She was an absolute lifesaver!

We were already leaning toward hiring a coordinator but then our venue (Ma Maison) required us to have one so we contacted their entire list of preferred vendors for coordinators and we are so glad we did because that's how we found Heather from Vintage & Lace!! Of all of the planners and coordinators we talked to, I was just immediately drawn to how warm, friendly, AND organized she is. Heather is an absolute pro with countless weddings under her belt, but still so kind and easy to talk to. Then, despite planning our wedding from another city, Heather made it SO easy and smooth. We technically only booked her for day-of coordination (with full communication/access the month prior) but from day one, she was still always available via call, email, text, whathaveyou, no matter when or what kind of (ridiculous, I'm sure) questions I had. We didn't actually meet Heather in person until our rehearsal the day before our wedding, and she was an absolute ROCK STAR the entire weekend. She managed to wrangle our large wedding party (14 bridesmaids and groomsmen) and all of our family (including bilingual and non-native English speakers, as well as divorced family) with both grace and authority. It's also worth noting we had several extras (a Chinese tea ceremony before our wedding ceremony, two large shuttles to transport our guests to and from Dripping Springs, getting Whataburger delivered to our venue for a late night snack) and Heather handled EVERYTHING seamlessly. Anything I thought of or had concerns about, she handled before I even voiced them to her! If anything went wrong on our wedding day, I have no idea what it was, because Heather was ON it. She was also incredibly thoughtful and adaptable, from my mom wanting to move the cake-cutting earlier, to making sure all of our belongings were packed away and that we had plenty of snacks and drinks in our getaway car. Her day-of assistant, Jasmine, was also so helpful and sweet. They both made the entire weekend just a wonderful, fun, amazing experience where we got to fully enjoy getting married and celebrating with family and friends. I can't recommend Heather and Vintage & Lace more highly -- BOOK HER NOW! I won't say "you won't regret it," but rather, you'll regret it if you don't! Heather, thank you thank you thank you SO much for all your hard work and support in making sure our wedding was an amazing, dreamy, unforgettable experience!

Due to COVID, I was exhausted from cancelling an overseas wedding and dealing with two reschedules; I could no longer handle all of the logistics. Enter Heather. She was quick to respond and schedule a meeting with me and my then fiancee to discuss details. She was calm, interested, and prepared. She assuaged my panic and let me know that 6 weeks for a 30 person wedding was easy peasy. I cannot recommend Heather enough! With my hectic work schedule, she contacted me via email as my preference. We are based in Philadelphia, and while we didn't meet until the day before the wedding, you definitely couldn't tell as everything went off without a hitch. Well if there was anything wrong during the ceremony and reception, we had no idea. She handled all of our vendors seamlessly and made everyone feel safe during the pandemic. I definitely know now that we couldn't have pulled it off without her!

James has lots of examples of prayers, vows, and readings on his website so it makes everything very easy to plan the ceremony. I knew that I would have trouble reading my vows in front of everyone so James was more than happy to read them for us. When going through multiple websites, I noticed that the officiants are always standing next to the couple for their first kiss. James let us know ahead of time that halfway through the ceremony he moves to the side so that it will only be the couple in the first kiss pictures. I would never have thought about this and was so happy when he mentioned it. I'm definitely glad we chose James as the officiant of our wedding, and we would highly recommend.
