They even called me when they were stuck in a little traffic on the way to deliver, but I was ok with it because the drop off time was hours before my event. I love that they offer super early delivery as early as 8am I believe, which gives you time to set up everything as you wish. They also don't rush you for a pick up time. They picked everything up at 7pm per my request that time. I also rented the small bounce house again this past Sat just because my son and daughter loved it soo much! They dropped it off at 8:30am and picked it up right about 8:30pm. They very fast and efficient and I will continue to use them again & again as well as recommend them to my fam & friends. The days leading up to the party I had personal phone calls and texts making sure everything was ready and set to make it a wonderful party. Even as they were out for deliveries that saturday they texted me with updates so I would know when to expect them. They also left the bounce house til 9pm, which thrilled my daughter ;) I don't know if they usually do it, but my daughter's b-day is in February so probably not as much as a demand for bounce houses, but still... When our original bounce house rental company's truck broke down on the way to our carnival with no guarantee he was going to make it to the carnival on time, we were in a panic with only an 1 1/2 hours until our carnival started. I called Austin Metro Moonwalks and even though they were almost out the door with another delivery (and on one of the busiest weekends of the year for bounce houses!), Marshall was able to find a couple of bounce houses they had available and said he would send his driver to our rescue as soon as possible. We were able to sign the contract digitally, pay over the phone, and within just a matter of minutes, we have bounce houses confirmed. They stayed in constant communication with me until they arrived to set up and showed up on time to pick up the bounce houses at end of the night. They even gave us a discount since we rented multiple bounce houses. I think our school has found a new vendor for bounce house rentals from now on!!

This review is for the San Antonio location…read more My husband and I met with Lisa H. in March to pick out tables, chairs, steak knives, and troughs for our June wedding. I finalized and paid for my rentals according to Marquee's contract with no issues; They had no problem taking my money. We felt that the rentals were definitely overpriced, but since Marquee was the only place that had what I wanted, we bit the bullet and proceeded to rent 8 tables, 12 benches, 20 chairs, 3 troughs, and 80 steak knives for $1300! We opted to pick these items up instead of paying a $400 delivery fee. The tables I received had dried stuck on food and stains on them. The chairs I received were covered in dust and most of them were badly damaged. I received two different sets of steak knives that did not match. I had to spend several hours cleaning these items on the night before my wedding. Several of my guests commented on the terrible condition of the chairs. I'm dreading seeing them in my photos. I hope I don't end up having to pay my photographer to fix chairs in my pictures. I contacted Lisa after my event and let her know that I was not satisfied with my rentals. She agreed that the items never should have been sent out in that condition, and told me she would speak with her GM. I never asked for any sort of refund, my message simply stated that I was unhappy. After speaking with her General Manager, she told me there was nothing they could do to make this right for me. After they received my Google review, Lisa contacted me and offered me a $300 credit. I accepted. It took her over a week to process this refund, and I had to email her to remind her. Always check the condition of your rentals and complain immediately. Even if it is 2AM the night before your wedding.
