He did a great job on my color and cut. He was also trying to do a couple of women who were in town going to a wedding. Located on the Isla Verde strip of hotels he seems to get foot traffic from hotels but also had local women who were also there for regular appointments. This is a small but nice shop above a strip of stores. I was pleased with my service but kinda wish I had gotten it done on Friday when I stopped by and was his only customer.

Once she started doing my nails I noticed that the shape she was giving my nails was something not of my preference so I told the lady in a respectful way that I wanted a different shape. She responded with a sudden outburst (raising her voice). Even the nail tech next to us looked at her. She continued to do my nails and at the end, I noticed she put the pink base in just one hand... Because of me not feeling comfortable telling the nail tech I told the manager. I tell her my concern in private, telling her just the fact that the nail tech might've forgotten to put the pink base on my other hand and her response was that she wasn't seen it and that both hands were the same... I truly felt almost gaslighted. I felt disheartened... As you can see in the right nail the lunula (semi-circle at the bottom of the nail) is clearly showing and looks more pale.
