Skip the pedicure if you can , not relaxing at all, seems like the staff was in a hurry, never had a pedicure that lasted less than 30 mins and without a masage in my feet and legs , very disappointing. My hands were also left with acetone white stains :( after my shellac polish. I will not return to this salon or recommended to friends. read more

I've been here before and been happy with the work they've done. This last time I was serviced by this girl that not only did not greet me but had the worst attitude. She removed my gel polish from my feet and filed them as I asked but proceeded to paint my nails without cleaning my nails or pushing my cuticles. When I asked her about it she said that every place does it differently... I've never had that done before and I've been to many places. She was not nice at all. Although she did painted my nails nicely it just wasn't relaxing at all. I will not be coming back. read more

Liked this place a lot!!! Went without appointment and they were able to accomodate me right away! Chris did my nails, he's excellent! They have a special monday thru wednesday manicure and pedicure $31.99 and shellac $11.99. It was a coincidence I went on a wednesday and was able to enjoy the specials! This salon is located in a small strip mall of Plaza Guaynabo. The reason i gave this salon 4 stars was because of their cut and blowout ! I have been coming to this salon for since i began medical school and She even did my hair for my white coat ceremony. Whenever someone else cuts my curly hair, they tend to really overdo it and this drives me nuts. On my last cut two weeks ago, Carmen over cut on the long layers but she did get rid of all the split ends and my blow out (w/ flat iron included) ended up frizz-free and that is SO difficult with Puerto Rico's humidity! Besides the haircut, blow out and flat iron (~$45), i also got the "shellac" manicure (~$20). They do NOT have CND Shellac colors, but instead have True Match which (i researched) is a GEL polish. So i guess you can say that the Shellac is actually a gel mani. Nevertheless, they do offer a great special on Mondays through Wednesday for $11.99 for that "shellac" manicure (but this does not include removal). I have done a TRUE CND Shellac mani in Tampa Bay and they tend to last longer than what the True Match gel mani lasted. But that's just me. If i find myself far from Tampa Bay for a considerable amount of time and have to get my nails done, i will probably end up here getting that gel mani (on monday-wednesday to take advantage of the special price). I also did suggest they re-stock because they were lacking various classic colors. I have tried getting my hair cut in tampa bay and it went badly, so i rather wait until i am back in Guaynabo to come visit Carmen for her kick ass blow out !! read more
