What a great little convenient store. Their coffee selection is great and they even have iced coffee. Their breakfast sandwiches are good for the location b it be warned they microwave their eggs and call a hoagie/roll a bulkie. They are cash only. Prices are cheap. They even have a selection of local goods they sell. Girls that work there are sweet. Need mask to enter. read more

Lovely little country store. Great deli for lunch, wonderfully fun and friendly staff, decently stocked small grocery selection. A few reviews mentioned that they are cash only, but no more! Credit and debit cards are accepted. Absolutely recommend the Meggie Lou sandwich, it's a personal favorite. read more

This place has gone way down in quality since Kim Farmer (who owned and ran it for 24+ years) sold it. Now it's owned by the same guy who owns the IGA--a little town monopoly on groceries and convenience items--and everything is worse. The baked goods are pretty disgusting now, and the store looks shabby. A real shame, this place used to be such a gem. Also this is a side issue but the employees really shouldn't be wearing flip flops while making sandwiches etc. It's gross, and it's also not up to health code. read more

We just stopped in here for a quick bite to eat and wow. Teeney, tiny little hole in the wall type little store but man was that Meggie Lou turkey sandwich one of the best sandwiches I've ever had, hands down. It was a perfect distribution of boars head turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, a little bit of onion, mayo, and provolone cheese. If in the area, I recommend it. Place is only cash only, but there's an atm. Def will come back here again for sure! read more

Mims has great coffee! Lots of selections & I love how you can make it yourself, the iced coffee is where it's at this summer! Cash only but they have an atm in the back. Such a small town feel inside this little store, everyone is extremely nice. Also if you're ever around for lunch they make awesome sandwiches. Don't judge a book by its cover! Just stopped here for a sandwich after hiking with some friends. Nice little country store, right on Rt 63. The sandwiches are made to order and were really good. Service was great and we didn't have to wait long at all. It's good to support local businesses and I highly recommended supporting Mim's! read more

Love Mim's! Great little country store, hot coffee, munchies, deli meats, cold drinks, ice cream (containers), sandwiches, soupwiches. beer and wine. Small but select grocery items, unfortunately no produce. Kim (owner) is the best! Wonderful friendly staff. Frequent coffee club. Great porch to sit on with your snack or lunch. Sometimes musicians gather there and play. The place to go to see posters on what's a'happenin' in town and the surrounding areas. Bring cash or check, they don't take credit cards. read more

Sometimes I wish I hadn't discovered how delicious the sandwiches are at Mim's Market. I simply can't resist going for lunch every time I'm in Northfield now! The sandwiches are fantastic; made with fresh ingredients and very affordable. The women who work there are friendly and handle busy lunch rushes with remarkable speed. Mim's is a Jewel. I find it interesting that two of the reviews are complaining about the prices(it's a small store, so economy of scale means higher prices) and the people there. Maybe they'd more comfortable at Walmart or Starbucks, or some other generic, cookie cutter establishment, but Mim's is one of those small town places where non-misanthropes can go to get great coffee, sandwiches, and fresh baked cookies, and have a chance to catch up with others. The owner, Kim, is tirelessly friendly, helpful, and respectful of all, and the rest of the staff are welcoming and lovely. This town would be far, far less without it. read more

I feel bad for the locals who have to pay such inflated prices! That said, it's an interesting joint with benches outside and some interesting items inside like Mass maple syrup and other interesting snacks and candies. Wonderful store! Best coffee and munchies,and friendly beyond belief atmosphere. Grab something and go, or have a great lunch or breakfast sandwich inside or on the porch. Kim and the staff are humorous,helpful , and just a great bunch of people. The town would not be the same without it. read more

I stopped in to Mim's, on the way to a hike, to see if they sold any rope (I forgot my dog's leash and was one and a half hours from home). They didn't have it, but the woman behind the counter went in to the back room and came out with an old apron. She cut off the apron strings and, voila!, I had a leash! They were also very helpful with directions to the trailhead. I wish I had had the time to sample one of their sandwiches because they looked delicious! read more

The sandwiches are absolutely delicious! The rest of the prices are pretty high (comparable to grocery items at a convenience store rather than a grocery), but the staff are always friendly and helpful. :) read more
