I went here with my sister. This is our first time here. Bad service and wasn't honest about the time! Not recommended at all. We won't come back here again! I returned to this massage location because i had a great therapist. During my visit the manager provided a $10 discount for my previous experience. This location has changed. The employees are still very nice but I don't understand why when I tip my therapist, the tips are all given to the manager? I have never seen any spa collect the tips from the employees. This is a legitimate location, no funny business but the tipping situation is unusual. Also many of the ladies do not speak English. They offer table showers too. The reason for my rating is the quality of the massages has gone down. but the prices have gone up or remain the same as other locations. Therapist are in need or certification and training on massage. They use they forearms a lot and typical Swedish massage uses Eflourage and Petrosouge techniques which are very smooth and flowing. The techniques enable you to connect with the client and enable you to find tight areas and area they need attention. When excessively using your forearms, as they do you when not be able to make the connection that you can make with your hands, and knuckles. So be prepared if you go there for a massage. Also you can Hera people talking because the rooms are open at the top. If they don't require people to speak in whispers, it can get pretty distracting with guest coming in and out and employees talking to one another. read more

I enjoyed this place! I was nervous going in since the last time I had a massage (this was at a different place), I almost cried from pain, but here that wasn't the case. Ot was a nice relaxing experience and I came out if it feeling like my back was more "even" (not sure how else to explain) and my anxiety lowered. It was also much more cheaper than other places I have seen so I am glad I found this place and so close to my home as well! Love this place ! read more

First time here and I can't believe I waited so long to give them a try. I was a walk-in and they took me in before it got really busy. Great staff and great massage, I asked for a softer massage with oils and it was amazing! CiCi took care of me and she was very good at making me feel welcome for a first timer. Came in and had a great massage from a therapist who was in her late 30s or early 40s, didn't get her name though. Went again a few months later and got a younger therapist that said she had only been there a few weeks. She basically just rubbed oil around on me. Didn't ask about pressure, didn't really work any muscles just moved oil around and of course did lots of brushing against things while massaging my thighs and completely skipped my arms, lower legs, and feet. Since the walls for the individual rooms don't go all the way to the ceiling you could hear everything going on in the other rooms. On my first visit which was in the early afternoon, I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary but this second visit was later in the evening and there was quite a bit of abnormal sounds for people just getting a massage coming from the other rooms. When she had me turn over I was left completely uncovered. To avoid anything as she started massaging around my hips and abdomen I asked if she could massage my head and feet for the rest of time. Look, I RARELY write reviews but omgoodness, possibly the worst and most painful foot massage I've ever had. I am still barely able to comprehend just how BAD this was. I RARELY speak up in massages even though the pressure is ALWAYS too much for me, but I actually said "please no sugar scrub on the other leg" because the $20 (!!) last minute, in session upsold sugar body scrub felt like getting a tattoo...WITH FIRE. AND SHE STILL USED AT THE END ON MY OTHER FOOT. I was about to yeet myself out of the whole building when she grabbed each of my toes (for the 3rd time!!!) and squeezed/shook my foot like a dog would do with a toy. I actually almost screamed it hurt so badly. When your client is COMING OFF THE MASSAGE TABLE, YOU'RE DEFINITELY DOING SOMETHING WRONG!!! And then she wanted a tip! I was about to just pay her to STOP. Who needs waterboarding, send her to Guantanamo to get them to spill their secrets- I was ready to divulge anything. Straight up torture session. Have been there twice. Apple did a great, respectful hour body massage, but this past week I was greeted by a different masseuse with a lot of makeup and wearing a short skirt. She asked me if I wanted an hour massage and I said yes and paid her the $60 rate. However, she only gave a 15-20 minute massage. I told her what about the rest of the hour, and she didn't answer but said she would give me $10 back. What a ripoff!! read more

I was ecstatic to find this hidden gem so close to where I live. My sister and I were lucky enough to attain an appointment neighboring their closing time. As usual, I get the 60 min full body massage (90 min on a bad day lol). This may have been the second massage parlor where I haven't been disappointed and that says quite a lot considering I try out a new place every two weeks or so.
