I decided to get the Decompression Head Treatment. I suffer from severe headaches (I don't call them migraines because they typically last 1 day) and this treatment seemed like a good way to relax and destress. I really enjoyed my appointment. The tech used several types of brushes and scalp massagers. The water was warm/hot and relaxing the whole time. The massage focused a lot on the pressure points on the sides of my head. I didn't realize I'd have my hair washed and conditioned- but that was included! Also, they partially blow dried my hair after the massage/scalp treatment. Not completely dry- but enough that I didn't leave with soaking wet hair which was appreciated. For $68 I think it's a great service. 4 stars because: 1) the door had to be left open, the tech said it was because the room would get too steamy (I as in view of anyone who walked by which I didn't necessarily like) 2) the room kind of smelled like cigarettes?? I could be mistaken, but I've been to Min several times and this is the first time I smelled it. read more

I passed from one to the next associate with care and intentional consideration for me - there is a bit of a language barrier so they take time to check in that you are getting what you desire in your service. Pedicure honey/milk $78 w/Gel $100 Pros: Super cute place. It's big, I love the aesthetic of it. Convenient online appointment, especially for a Sunday. Offered water, hot tea, juice. Massive nail polish color collection Asked me if she could remove my slight ingrown toe nail. Which was so considerate! Usually people just go at it. I actually went out of my comfort zone with a sparkly gel color and my toe nails are on point. Felt super luxurious, loved the warm steam shower thing, And the hot rock massage was super relaxing! 15 min foot massage!! Woot woot! Staff is extremely nice. Cons: some room for improvement No bag in the tub...so have to trust they are being scrubbed in-between. They didn't use "cheese grater" which I actually liked that they didn't, they used a file type pad, but there was an old pad on the callous removal tool...she took the old pad off and wiped the handle part on my towel that was under my feet, and it left residual skin from a previous client ON MY TOWEL. So someone else's skin was on my towel. And then she tried to wipe my feet with that same towel. I immediately told her please don't use the towel on me there is skin from a previous customer on it...she switched the towel out immediately. I saw sterilizers. And I was polite and respectful asking to talk to the owner as I wanted my refund ! The price was not cheap for this service (120$ ) ! And all I was getting was : " call the police then don't call us !" And hanging up on me many times ! After being yelled at in the salon itself! I kept telling them I can't come as I have a trip and have to go to the airport and that's what I Told " WIN the nail tech " that I'm traveling so please I don't want them to fall ! The customer service here is a bit lacking and I wouldn't call it a "spa" and imply luxury of any kind because there was none. At best, it would be an efficient nail salon but my experience was less than that. I'm giving it 2 stars only because the pedicure did last without chipping for about 2 weeks. There was an issue that caused me some pain, and instead of trying to remediate it, the "floor manager" came and talked to me as if there's something wrong with the sensitivity of my feet. She presented herself with defensive, non apologetic demeanor that was on the cusp of being rude. Things did not escalate and I left on cordial terms, but I will not be returning. read more

I would start off that this was a newly discovered salon right by my house and I was thrilled to discover them. my technician was very sweet girl, who did a pretty good job, what I thought at the time. 2 days after, my gel chipped, and I called right after to kindly ask them to replace it for me. Whoever picked up the phone, told me yes, sure, stop by 1:30. I arrived on time, and was invited to sit and wait , which I was perfectly fine with. Then some aggressive lady popped up, started to interrogate me when was this done, and said we have a lot of clients, can't take you. Again, I was fine with waiting, but then she started questioning if I even called the right place? She asked me what time did you call? I answered and her response was - "Can I see the phone record of your call"? "I want to make sure you called the right place". And then when I asked to speak to the manager, because I don't think that's the proper way to talk to the customer who spent almost 100 bucks in the salon just 2 days ago, she claimed that she's the one. Then she just went back to doing her pedicure with the different client and basically showed me the attitude - if you can wait, wait,(again, I never said I couldn't wait), if not, just F*** off. Lady with the short blond hair - attitude queen. Totally ruined my day! I got there at 1 in the afternoo, I thought it was odd the doors were locked. I assumed they must of just opened, late that day. I asked for a gel mani and pedi w/ French tips. I was told it would be $100. No problem. For this to be a " up scale" place. The nail tech di not add any solution or salts or products of any kind to the water. I asked why not, she said ok and put scrub on my legs. I was confuse, maybe she is doing something new. She used no callous removers or foot scrubs. I asked she pulled out a foot pad of some sort. I thought ok maybe this is some special exfoliation pad w/ no grooves or something. Make my feet real smooth. Then she rinsed off my legs and fee, pulled them out the tub WET, literally barely dabbed them w/ the towel and slapped a dab of lotion on the roof of each foot. Then proceeded to rub on the wet feet and legs. I'm thinking ok feet still wet and she didn't use any cuticle lotions or softeners. Can't be done. She only use water and tools. Same w/ my hands, just water and tools. I thought this polish better be phenomenal. I specifically asked for a French tip. I was specifically told it was done by all the techs. Then the person at the desk volunteered this part tech to me and said said did white tips the best. No, absolutely not. After 3 tries and a lumpy over coat. For the time in 30 years, I had to choose a solid color. That was done so poorly. I opted out on the feet. I asked to be cashed out, she charged me full price for a deluxe pedi and did not remove the price for the French tips. My feet weren't even painted. I asked her why she didn't adjust the price. She blamed it on the register and then proceeded to act like she couldn't understand what I was saying about the bill. Over it, I said ok, thank you, grabbed my purse and proceeded to the door. I couldn't get out. The doors are locked 24/7, I had to stand there and wait for someone to finish what they were doing to let me out. I thought ok, that's a fire issue. Wow, I don't even know where to start. In short, I had a horribly rude and offensive experience here that left me crying in my car. For more details about my experience: I went to the salon to get a gel pedicure about two weeks ago. The girl doing my nails did not ask how I liked the pedicure until she was finished. When I looked down at my toes, the polish on my "big toe" was visibly bumpy as a result of the employee not being careful when taking off the polish that was on my toes before. I asked her kindly to smooth the polish if possible, and she put another clumpy coat of polish over the top and said "I did my best." Today, I went back to the salon to give it one more try because I wanted to get a gel manicure to match my pedicure. I had written the nail polish color down in my phone notes (550) after my pedicure. I showed up to the salon 10 minutes prior to my 6:00 pm appointment, and was not seated for my manicure until 6:25 pm (and did not receive any apology). She started to file my nails incredibly fast and carelessly, taking about 2 seconds per nail. When I looked down and saw one nail looking jagged and lopsided, I politely asked her to re-file it a bit more. She rolled her eyes and said "my way is better." Then, got no apology. Then, she starts to put the polish on and it is not the same color as my toes. I let her know that I got my toes done here a week ago with polish color 550 and this isn't the right color. She proceeded to tell me that it is the same color, even though I show her my toes and we can both clearly see that it is not. So she brings me over to the basket of colors and tells me to find another color, all the while speaking about me to the other manicurist in a negative tone. I explain that I came here to get a manicure that matches my pedicure so I would like the same color, and she tells me "you can pick a similar color instead. It doesn't need to be exact." If that wasn't bad enough, she then paraded me around the salon, asking other women getting her nails done if they thought the colors were the same. At this point, I decided to leave the salon. I let the manicurist know that I did not appreciate the way I was treated and all I got in response was "sorry." Long story short, do not go to this salon. read more

I visited this "spa" three times over a four week period. Once for a pedicure. Twice for a gel manicure. The place is clean but the quality of the service is very poor. My pedicure polish application was bad. I couldn't see it well in the lighting but multiple gaps. I ended up taking it off within a week. On the first manicure I walked out happy but within about 10 days, the gel polish just peeled off. I made the mistake of giving them a 3rd chance since they were offering a discount for their opening month. Huge mistake. The gel manicure peeled off in 5 days. The polish application was horrible. Once again, I didn't notice it until I got into the daylight and could see it better. I would never go back. Also, their prices are higher than most. I expected higher quality. read more

I went to Min Nails after recently moving to the area. The parking was behind the building and I didn't notice that right away and I was a little confused at first where to park. I found the parking and the rear entry from the parking lot where there was plenty of room to park. Inside the salon is modern and relaxing. There was contemporary but soothing music playing and I was greeted right away. I asked for a dip French tip manicure with extensions. The technician took her time removing my acrylics and was very gentle. I became a little teary at one point as a family member of mine had recently passed and a song playing reminded me of them. The nail technician gave me a hug and brought me a cup of tea which was such a kind gesture. My nails turned out beautiful and lasted almost 3 weeks. This is the worst place I have ever been. They don't care how you feel. As you can see on the photos, my fingers really hurts and there are so many scars since they can't even do the basic part of manicures. This is a new store but they using the broken nippers to serve customers. I told them it was hurt but they never listened and changed to another broken nipper to do the cuticle care. I made an appointment at 2:30 pm but I still waited for an hour. Besides, my manicurist left me alone because she got other plan. They only have three employees. The other manicurist chose to serve other customers and she never came to ask me if I need help. I never ever have this kind of trash treatment in other nail salons before. They even did not give me any apologies. I didn't do anything but waiting for three hours. I expressed my dissatisfaction and they even threatened me that they wanted to call the police. If I could leave 0 stars I would... not usually a review person but this experience was absolutely awful. First of all, I purposefully did my research and made my appt with someone named Christine. I let them know I had a 2pm appt with her and was sat down with a woman named Kelly (who I later found out was not who I booked with) and she was the most careless nail tech ive ever had. She clearly wasnt paying attention, I had to tell her where in the process we were on multiple occasions (she cut cuticles on one hand and not the other) and then when filing, filed the dip off my names so there are chunks of color missing. I also asked her to file square and she completely rounded them out, changing the shape of my nails. And when I told her again, she continued cutting and filing until it was too late - she didnt speak much english so there wasnt much I could do. The application of the dip is so uneven, it looks horrible. I just got home 5 minutes ago, and one of my nails are already peeling. And finally, after this awful experience, she slapped so much lotion on my hands with all my jewelry still on, not giving me a chance to take off my rings... Again, im not usually picky, if they look decent im typically fine but I would absolutely avoid this place at all costs. read more
