Nevertheless, I was still satisfied with my service. I had Linda as my massage therapist. Initially I was worried because I'm about 5'10" and she is about 5' and I was wondering if she would be able to use enough pressure but she did not disappoint!!! Lol she was awesome and I feel so great! I would recommend her for sure. Overall Kona Oasis is a beautiful spa and I would love to come back for more services. But she was totally cool with it. The massage therapists who worked on my wife and me were also very friendly and professional. My wife got us Swedish massages - very relaxing! The massage room is basically one of the hotel rooms but without the bed and instead with two massage tables. After our massages, my wife asked for a changing room so she was able to go back in afterward to freshen up. The only negative (not really the spa's fault) is that a large, very loud group passed by in the hallway while we were getting massaged. The therapists were apologetic about it so I don't really blame them at all. Prices are not bad. I imagine it's a little high for Buffalo, but the price in New York City for a comparable massage would be slightly higher, I think.

Go get your hair done here! Also shocked that there aren't more great reviews for this salon!! I saw Lisa who was fantastic! She really took time to consult with me about my hair colour and style! It showed in the end result which was easily the best hair colour I've ever had and the cut was great too! The aveda products are gorgeous and make the experince feel really luxurious! All the staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. Kathy gave me a lovely hand massage as I waited and a lovely wash and hot towel treatment. I would seriously recommend this salon! Chose this salon for my first sugaring/waxing experience based on other Yelp reviews...5 stars for sure! The salon is gorgeous and clean, the staff warm and friendly. I was booked with Rachel - she made me totally comfortable (for what I was sure would be a really awkward experience!). I was surprised that the bikini sugaring was less painful than expected! Try a massage by Jennifer! She starts you off with a warm foot soak while offering aromatherapy oil blends. She asks about your specific needs and LISTENS to what you say to exceed expectations.
