When I met with Mina for the first time to discuss services she offered, she was transparent about pricing and addressed all the questions I had. When we hired her, she scheduled a meeting with us to understand where we were at in the wedding planning process and discussed what to expect from her. As we got closer to the wedding, she continued to check-in on us, proactively asked us if there was anything she could do help, and provided us relevant information to ensure we wouldn't miss anything during planning. We were connected to Mina through a mutual friend, and we are so grateful to have had her as our coordinator--along with her amazing team. If I could describe her in three words, it would be professional, attentive and thorough. Our wedding was in September 2022 in Orange County, CA with approximately 250 guests. We went with her month-of package. Prior to booking her, we were considering just a day-of coordinator but are so glad we went with this package instead. Mina took over all vendor communication a month in advance; this consisted of gathering all vendor contracts/insurance to submit to our venue and also scheduling the vendor arrival times for the day-of. A few weeks leading up to the wedding, she put together a wedding timeline that we reviewed and finalized together. The finalized timeline was then sent out to all the vendors so everyone was aware of the schedule for the day. Her organization and efficiency was impressive!
