Even though there were signs for everyone to wear socks, there was no enforcement of this policy whatsoever, and I was truly disgusted. You put so much energy into planning a fun and memorable birthday for your child, prepping, organizing, and doing your best to ensure everything goes smoothly for both the kids and your guests. Unfortunately, our experience with Live Love Play was anything but smooth. Honestly, they should consider changing their name to better reflect the poor service they provide. I am genuinely surprised they are still in business, and I wish we had read more reviews beforehand. If you are considering this venue for your event, be sure to ask upfront about ALL their hidden fees. We were shocked to find out from a guest that they were charging people for socks so their kids could play. As the hosts, we were never informed about this. That was not the only issue. They also had a valet who asked if I would like to pay for guest parking. I agreed so our guests would not be charged, but later found out he charged them anyway. That level of dishonesty is unacceptable. To make matters worse, one of the staff members yelled at the kids for playing in the tiny ball pit. Yes, at a kids party in a kids facility, where we were paying for them to play. They also tack on an automatic 18 percent service fee, but with service like that, it is insulting. Oh, and if you are hosting a daytime party, be warned: their outdoor area has no shade. It was blazing hot and completely uncomfortable. This was one of the worst experiences we have had with a party venue. There is more, but I will leave it here for now. I hope this helps other parents avoid the same disappointment. read more

EVERY CHILD needs to have a birthday party here! We had the most incredible time celebrating my son's 1st birthday, and things were seamless thanks to this venue! We went with their biggest party package, the "Big Bash", and it included almost everything you can think of, CUSTOM MADE, to go with our theme! Truly unbeatable. Live Love Play has a beautiful outdoor space for food and drinks and cake/pizza time, but the indoor play area has it all! At least 5 slides including an ENORMOUS spiral slide I thought was never going to end (of course I was up there with my baby), great obstacles for kids of all ages, and a play area for small babies too! The venue was very clean and perfectly set for our arrival, but best of all was the staff members. Four older women were surprisingly speedy and efficient helping us unload our desserts and drinks, as well as help us set up. They were scary fast at packing everything up for us too! And they were extremely kind with the children, treating my son as if he was their grandson. My husband and I were extremely grateful for them and were more than happy to add more to their gratuity! This place literally has it all, from multiple changing tables in the bathroom, to coffee and espresso at cake time, and outdoor heaters available if needed! I've been here several times for birthday parties, and my kids always have a great time. They love it! However, one concern I've consistently noticed is the lack of attention to the kids safety gate. During an event this past weekend, I saw multiple workers/helpers leave the safety gate open, and there was no one stationed at the front to monitor kids coming or going. While I understand it's ultimately the parents responsibility, it would show a great deal of care and professionalism to either keep the gate securely closed or have a staff member at the front to ensure no child wanders out. Absolutely awful experience. This place advertises itself as a fun zone for kids, but in reality, it feels more like a high-security detention center run by an overzealous supervisor named Christine. From the moment we walked in, she hovered around my son like a hawk, scolding him for simply being a child -- "Don't touch that," "Don't throw the ball," "Don't play with that." Apparently, joy is strictly prohibited here. To make matters worse, it's shockingly expensive. You pay a premium price expecting your child to have fun, only to be met with tension, judgment, and constant surveillance. Christine's attitude was unfriendly at best and openly hostile at worst. Her presence alone was enough to suck all the life out of the room. If you're looking for a place where your kid can laugh, run, and actually play, avoid this place like the plague. They have a outdoors area as well that can fit a lot of people and vendors. You can have so many vendors come and there would still be room for your guests. The people that work there go above and beyond. Arous and Aida always help me everytime. They are there early in the morning before my parties and always accept my deliveries. Arous and aida help me set up for my events. Without them I would not be able to do it all.
