They said there was a note in my case. The "scratch Resistant" floors are NOT covered under warranty. It's literally 2 panels that need to be replaced and they won't cover it. The sale rep. also was pushy and lifted up his shirt in front of my wife to wipe some sweat. Not a sleeve wipe, a full on here's my belly/chest wipe. My wife was alone with him at the time and felt very uncomfortable. Buyer beware.

Their customer service people are great but anyone actually responsible in the company is insanely hard to reach by phone. They rarely reply to messages left and they purposely postpone appointments to push through warranty time limits. They are criminal in their pricing and should be removed from the Better Business Bureau! Do not get drawn in by their charming sales reps. It's all show and no substance! I have been fighting for almost two years to get the $4,000 floor I purchased right! It's infuriating. I am disabled and am at risk for falls.
