Blamed me for distance to house, him scheduling to work on gf's bday weekend, the rain, his brother ditching job after 1 day - all the customer's fault. In a bind, I talked him into coming back 1 day to finish outside. Next day - called to find him. 10 am his gf calls, says he took a drywall job & they would find me someone. Sent me a joker with no painting experience or tools - ran him off after 2 hours. He was an emotional mess, unprofessional, tried to threaten me, didn't even finish the outside. He missed several spots and when I asked him to come back to fix, I got a lecture about how he doesn't like to do touch ups and how much training he had. The spots he did look OK but the inside of the doors and other areas are missed. Buy some Restor A Finish from Lowes and do it yourself if you have small areas like mine. I would not recommend this company for touch ups....maybe they do better with the whole kitchen. UPDATE: 12/30/22 I received a full refund from Tim today by certified mail with a nice letter. I paid him on 11/21/22. I only said a half refund would be adequate because the work was not completed satisfactorily. Too bad this had to happen. I was just being honest about the work and price.
