I am completely disappointed with Master Hwang and his unethical practice in running his business…read more I regret not reading the Yelp reviews prior to committing to this program. After 2 weeks, Master Hwang asked me and my husband to meet to discuss my son's progress. He did not give us a heads up on what to expect. He pressured us into signing up for a year of martial arts when I asked to pay month to month as I am unsure how my son's schedule will look like and I emphasized that I need alot of flexibility because of that. He ensured me that we can sign up for now and we can modify as needed and he will be flexible. Once we signed up, I asked him for changes and reduction in the amount of classes per week, but rather than refunding me for that reduction, he refused and extended the amount of months my son will have to attend. My son did not enjoy the martial arts class after 2 months and I asked Master Hwang for any refund or credit that can be given. He flat out refused any refund but states he will reach out to me about credit to be used for later...it has been nearly a month and he still has not reached out to me although I have emailed, texted and called. If you would like your child to attend this program, please do not sign up for a year contract. I find Master Hwang's business practice extremely unethical. It completely ruined my trust and experience in his program
