UPDATE 4/8/2025: Received an email apologizing for the inconvenience. Email stated they were there. However; they keep door locked and lights off and offered to reschedule, which I respectfully declined. If they were in facts there and this is what they do, then there needs to be clear communication to customers on how to contact them. Maybe install a door bell so you can hear when customers arrive and keeping your "open" sign light on. I see here on Yelp there is yet ANOTHER phone number for this location. Scheduling is done via email, no consistent phone number for potential clients to call. Needless to say I was excited to give this place a try but first impression means everything and this was not a great first impression. The no show seems to be a common behavior after looking at reviews on Yelp and Google. I am very disappointed in the experience and customer service received. If this is an upcoming business there needs to be a change in how communication is handled or this will remain a problem. I thought I would try them out for massage after seeing really good reviews on yelp and Groupon. Do not waste your time. What a nightmare. Scheduling was not easy because you can make an appointment online but then they email you to tell you that they actually do not have that availability. They asked me to text them which I did, after I made a different appointment. I showed up to the business for the confirmed appointment and the door was locked and nobody was there. I did text them notifying that I had arrive, and it indicated that the recipient had read the text message with no response. I waited diligently and even called them with no response. I have wasted a total of one hour on my day off.... This is a terrible way to run a business and you have the responsibility to cancel an appointment if you're no longer able to accommodate. read more

Bought a Groupon for a 90 minute couples massage, I saw some bad reviews on Groupon and on Yelp but wanted to give it a chance. Tried to call yesterday and ask about booking, they answered but said they were going into a session but to text the number and they will look at what they have available. I texted and never received a response. I tried calling back later that night and left a voicemail, no response. Texted multiple times, yesterday, and today, no response. I then sent them an email asking about the availability and they said they have an opening at 730pm on Friday. I wanted to confirm the time since it would be late, and asked if they had 2 female masseuses and never heard back. I called 3 times today and never heard back. Since they never officially booked the appointment I wasn't sure if it was confirmed or not and wasn't going to waste my time. After reading more of these reviews, it's best to go elsewhere. A good business will actively respond to you within the business day, and this place doesn't. Even if you are busy in the moment, you make time to get back to your customers later in the day. Part of me wonders if they ignored especially because I had a Groupon, but I've never experienced that with other businesses on Groupon before. Not a clear indication of where their entrance was, but a sign with the business' name was at the base of a staircase. Doors remained locked, not a sign of life, throughout the building. This place was a total mess. My friend and I booked a 60 minute massage here. Our massage therapists were 45 minutes late to our appt. And they didn't call us, I had to call them. When we initially walked in, the place smelt like smoke. There was a room that looked like it was a kids bedroom with a real live caged rabbit in it. There were three therapist and they all looked like they had just thrown on whatever and rolled out of bed. My friend is pregnant and was told by the owner Queen that she specializes in prenatal massages and she wasn't even the one who gave the message. Both Queen and the other therapist were in the room when my friends massage started and the other therapist looked at Queen and literally said, "what do I do?" Queen then proceeded to show her how to give the message and then left the room. They also talked for like the first 15 minutes in my friends massage, that I could hear from within my room. Also, the massage therapist literally massaged my friends boobs. She had her lay on her back and she massaged her boobs, her pregnant belly and her c section scar. Which I have never heard of happening in a massage ever. My massage therapist looked about 16 and her phone started ringing through the music speakers within the first couple of minutes of the massage. She said it was her other job calling her. She asked me in the middle of my massage if she could take a photo of me. After the massage she asked if she could take a video of me for a review. She also asked me to leave a review on yelp right then while I was waiting for my friends massage. When I was pressured into a video review the girl didn't even know the name of the place she worked. She had to read off the name on the sign and restart the video to get it right. It seems like no one really knew what they were doing and Queen just called her friends up and said I need you to give some massages. The whole experience was incredibly unprofessional. This place was very unprofessional. I called and booked an appt for 11am a week prior for both me and my friend. I spoke to Queen on the phone. When we arrived at our appt at 11 the doors were locked and the sign read 12:30 opening, which was not conveyed to me over the phone. I called the number and was told they would be there in 10 minutes or we could reschedule. We were only in town until that evening so we decided to wait. They were 45 minutes late in starting our massage. With no apologies about being that late. I am over 22 weeks pregnant and was told by Queen over the phone that SHE specialized in prenatal massages and SHE would be doing my massage. When I went back to my room, Queen and another therapist were in there. As I was laying on the bed, the other therapist literally looked at Queen and said, "I don't know where to begin" and Queen had to take over for the beginning. I was never told if this other therapist was in training or what was going on. Then Queen left and the other therapist was left in charge. When she had been roll onto my back, she literally rolled the blanket all the way down to my waist and started massaging my breast, which I HAVE never had happen in the many massages I've received before. She proceeded to massage all the way down to my c-section scar. I have had enough massages to know this is not normal, especially without asking for CONSENT. When I opened my eyes the massages therapist had her t-shirt lifted up above her breast exposing her bra. The whole thing was very bizarre and made me extremely uncomfortable. When asked about the massage of course I said it was good, because I just wanted to get out of there. I also did leave a tip against my better judgment, because they did take an hour to do the massage. read more

I had a lovely massage by Queen(owner) she was very welcoming . The place is beautiful and everyone there was so kind. Now for the massage- best most detailed massage I ever received! So soothing and relaxing , I needed that massage as I'm pregnant I feel so refreshed and brand new. She cleared my lymph nodes. I can feel like Im no longer retaining any water which is great. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with Groupon. I would give it zero stars if I could and I am a very positive person, who typically is not bothered by mistakes. It was just the overwhelming mistakes added by complete apathy and lack of customer service that bothered me. You can get a hint of it by reading company responses to negative reviews . I purchased the Groupon and emailed company to set appt- no response. I waited a little over a week and tried again, after all it is summer and people go on vacations. Still no response. On my 3rd attempt I asked to please let me know if they had oversold and are backed up, so I could book with someone else. On all 3 contacts, I left me name, 90 minute groupon and telephone number. I started getting short terse emails (no apology) like "trying to schedule" "do you have a phone number", "what is your name" I had also indicated that I am available most days, but prefer non commuter times as traffic gets pretty bad. After numerous texts they said they had me on the books for 4:30 pm (exactly what I did not want, but such a hassle I just said ok. Then a text saying 4pm. When I asked to confirm 4p, not 430p, they said no 430p.sigh I braved the traffic, parked, walked to the building and was met by a closed salon with a big Eviction notice by management! I texted and the response was "we are in Tempe" No apology, no explanation. Another text said they "tried to call that day to update_ but I had no missed calls, no text, no email. I then got a phone call and they asked if I was calling about a massage...ahh you called me. Again, no apology just asked if I could drive over to Tempe. By that time I was really stuck in commuter traffic and was beyond mad! Went to Groupon for a refund and merchant denied saying they are up, running and ready to schedule. HAHAHAHAHA right! Queen is amazing and will set you up with anything you need. I went in for a full body reiki healing massage and I walked out feeling so light and free. I highly reccommend her services. As well as any of the healers in the center, she only hires on the best!!!
