As I walked around I noticed they even have a selection of Pokémon and other trading card games merchandise. But, Pokemon was the biggest selection over the rest of the TCG merchandise available. That is right up my son's alley. The owner Nick happened to be working when I was in. He was very helpful in locating a few cards that we were looking for. He is even helping us locate a few that he did not have. As he does have a few connections. You can find him also operating a booth at local card shows. The pricing at Corliss cards is extremely fair and reasonable. Everyone deserves to have that special card at just the right place. Ha! I feel that way about antiques. His space is shared with a record store and Jake's Baristas. When I was there Jake's was getting a little facelift, but should be back up and running by early to mid November. I've heard so many great things about Jake's. Jake's baristas is a 501c non profit. Their mission is inclusion revolution. You really have to look them up on social media. They do a lot of great work. They are all about giving back to the community. A majority of the baristas have special needs. This is a fantastic mission! The support Nick gives to the Special Needs community also holds a special spot in my heart as I work with special needs kiddos. When we arrived, we were greeted promptly by several employees. They asked us to head to one of the counters in the back and they would assist us shortly. They were so enthusiastic about the Gameboy games my fiancé had. It was nice to see them get excited about games that were popular in the 90's and 2000's. We overheard them saying that they typically match whatever GameStop is currently offering in store credit. To our surprise, they gave my fiancé more than GameStop would have if we would've gone there. This is why it matters to support small businesses. We were happy with the level of service we received here and will definitely be back.

Asked owner his price and he then says "oh I'm actually selling the rainbow, which is not complete, so let me go figure out the price for you". I give him another card I know the value of to see how he's going to price things. Owner then gives me a price of $300 for an incomplete rainbow of Hakeem Butler cards (what an absolute joke), and a price of $40 for a Fletcher Cox card that I could buy in store on eBay from another seller for $25 plus free shipping. I then asked the owner if this assorted box of Funkos was available, which he said was about to go on eBay. I found one that caught my eye, that after searching and confirming with other collectors that it was a regular Funko with a glow in the dark sticker slapped on. I asked the owner what his price was for this as I've never seen this before. I then watched him struggle to find the item on 130point.com and come up empty handed. An absolute joke of a card shop that you have to be dumb to actually spend money at. The kicker? I got YELLED AT for taking a picture of a card they were overpricing because they said "no scanning in store". Go to Nashville cards or buy singles on eBay and avoid this craphole.
