I started training with Tj Michael few months ago. Back during covid before I got my shot I did virtual trainings and they were awesome! Since those days I have gone in since I've gotten my vaccine. It's absolutely fantastic to work in person as well and he is as well and since he has all the gym equipment he needs it makes it much easier on me as well. Whether you do virtually or in person he does an amazing job but I do have to say I like in-person better. TJ Michael has been fantastic. He tailors all the workouts to exactly what I need. When I first started with him I had major back problems to where I couldn't even walk. Now hes helped me slowly get my back "back in shape", haha! Every week we go over our new exercise routine. It's fantastic too because it doesn't strain my back at all but it helps me strengthen all the muscles that I need it's just that I need to keep my back loose and my hips free. My wife also goes to see Tj as she wants to build muscle and keep lean. We have very different workouts which shows me he is very versatile! That brings me to his professionalism and respect. Tj likes to get measurements so he can keep track of your progress. He doesn't require it though. We both wanted to do it though and he made the whole process so easy. He was very respectful and had us help measure so we were more comfortable. He is the best! His level of professionalism and fantastic listening skills far exceeded our expectations. He also hears everything you have to say and need that you have and he'll tailor the experience to you. When you go in you'll have an initial evaluation and then he'll come up with a starting routine and he'll go over everything with you before you start to make sure everything sounds okay to you. I have always been kind of healthy and…read moretried to eat healthy as much as I possibly, but for some time I have been stressed at work and for distraction I would go out to dinner with co-workers and we would end up eating a lot and the bad kind of food, the one that makes you fat. So I started to get out of shape and kind of got hooked on sugar and bad food, started to gain weight and even if I wanted to stop, it never happened. I have been seeing annalena few times now and used hypnosis to get rid of this food craving. She has been able to make me see the real cause, behind this, what was the trigger that pushed me to eat more, and she has made understand that it was stress and other stuff, behind my food craving, and not because I was really hungry. Stress and any time I would get sad or even excited about something.
