After spending forty years as a computer engineer, I thought I could change the keyboard in my own laptop. Never fear! Wolfie here! She was absolutely amazing and helped me with my conundrum of a PC. I was having issues with my PC black screening when I booted it up and Wolfie was able to diagnose that it was two of my ram sticks had burnt out and was causing my boot up failure. After she ran it through some benchmarks everything came out to be fine once again and I was very happy.
