Ct scan MRI and/or Xray with diagnosis from orthopedic surgeon or other specialist really streamlines the process. Then, let them tell you what's recommended. Next day when i didn't get a text i called 3 times (first time they put me on hold for 10 minutes before i hung up and called back. Second time same thing. Third time i got through only to find out that for some reason i never got the appointment. She said she would have the person who made the appointment call me back. Still haven't got a call or text. Not a good way to run a business and a doctors office is a business! If you are not a HMO patient you have a choice of who to see. I will tell my referring concierge doctor to take Total Spine off his list of referrals.

A month later, I hardly feel the pain, unless I lift something heavy or try to reach out to my left side. Very happy about the result of the PRP. During the process, Der. Roofian was very professional and caring. As instructed, I came back to his Tarzana office a month later to check up on my shoulder pain. At this time, he gave me a cortisone shot for my upper back pain. Now, I'm virtually pain free and back to normal as long as I don't excert or abuse my left shoulder. He mentioned about some exercises but asked me to come for a second appointment to look at X rays and the exercises. He just wants to make money off of you and has no interest in treatment or well being of the patient. His receptionist Esther and him were extremely rude when I mentioned I was dissatisfied with their service and cannot keep paying more and more just to get a complete diagnosis.
