Boy, the hits just keep on coming with these guys. After having our roof and guttering replaced by…read morePyramid, we had a multitude of problems surface almost immediately. We thought we had them all repaired, but little did we know that there was more to come. After we had a winter storm dump ice and snow on the roof, the sun comes out and starts melting it. What did we find? A constant running of water from the ceiling in our master bathroom from around the door frame, ceiling exhaust fan, light fixture, etc. Unfortunately, we are concerned about asking Pyramid to "fix" this issue because of all the other problems we have had with them. Inspite of that, we called. They never answered or returned the call. We are forced to get it fixed by someone who will actually do a good job fixing Pyramid's mistakes. My advice, don't waste your money and time. Pyramid Roofing is the worst contractor i have ever encountered. Poor workmanship. Terrible customer service. Abysmal cleanup. Refuses to stand behind their work.
