Wow. Dr. Abbe Gage is so attuned to the body and what it…read moreneeds. The way she guides ones body to move and breath to heal from the inside out, structurally and muscularly is absolutely phenomenal. I went in with extreme pain and difficulty breathing from a ski injury to my rib cage. Abbe had me sit on the table first, to talk about what ailed me. I could tell she was reading my body as I sat there, discussing, putting me at ease with the conversation. I then lay down, and she gently evaluated my whole body; makes sense, everything is after all connected. She then started to have me tune into parts of my body, and breath into those spots. Then move and hone in on deeper spots, again all the while guiding me with my own breath. She would then evaluate and continue to develop my positioning and movements to further expand upon her work with me. By the end of the session, I felt more whole, relaxed, connected, and surprisingly, stronger.
