Back in December, Mr. O'rourke said our issue could be handled/settled in one to two months. Despite our family promptly providing Mr. O'rourke with everything he's asked for in the past nearly 7 months, we've yet to settle our matters and there's no end in sight. In fact, we currently can't get a straight answer from him as to the status of our estate issue as he avoids our calls and emails. We're at a breaking point with this man who blew up with us over the phone when we finally got a hold of him just last week as we voiced our frustrations with his lack of service. He threatened to just drop us, mind you he was with another client while telling us this over the phone, despite our objections of him doing so. If things change in the next week or so and there's some type of resolution to our matter, I'll be happy to change this review. As of now, neither I or my family can recommend Mr. O'rourke's services.

She barely connected with us the entire time, didn't advocate or represent us in the manner she should have and it end up costing us thousands of dollars. She made various mistakes on our closing documents including the following; spelt my name wrong on every document, wrote the wrong amount on a check (the difference was thousands of dollars) and addressed a different check to the wrong name/address. It quiet frankly embarrassing being represented by her at our closing. She showed up late with multiple incorrect documents. At one point during our closing preparation she said and I quote 'I don't look at contracts' when I asked her to review something.
