It was originally aggregate, but had cracked and worn away in several places. The driveway was a bit steep making it worse, so sometimes our car would scrape along the bottom. We finally decided to tear it all out and install a new one. Mr Gutierrez came out for the estimate which was very reasonable compared to the others. He even included a free sealant. His crew, which are all relatives in his family-run business did excellent work. Marcos, who is the "foreman" was very communicative all the while. I highly recommend this company.

He immediately pointed out a couple of reasons why our decrepit gate and fence was failing and offered two solutions that would ensure that the replacements were durable and functional. He offered fair pricing which included hauling away the old materials. Within a couple of hours he had emailed a professional and clear estimate. Two days later, Juan and his crew arrived a few minutes earlier than scheduled to get started on our project. Each team member was very professional, clean, and fast- they worked together so quietly it almost seemed as if they had an unspoken way of communicating with each other. This was really appreciated since the work was being done just outside of our home office where my husband was on several meetings that morning. When the project was done, my husband and I were very impressed with the quality of the work and materials. They want too much of the money up front which seems to make them lose interest. 90% before the job is done. This star value could change if things look up. Update: Job was finished and work was done well. Continue with having the company credit us on the final bill for the air conditioner repair we already paid for. We have the pictures of their worker standing on the unit and the dent it cause. The salesman that does the estimates are very professional and make you feel like the company knows what they're doing. But not an actual representation of the workers and billing department. I will change the rating to a 3 because the work was good.

Finally on the 3rd quote they gave me the price for what I asked for in the first place, only after I had to call to get each of those because they never responded. I accepted the 3rd bid and asked them to get it scheduled. They told me should be able to work me in during November (within about 8 weeks+ after I requested a quote). That was fine, so I turned down bids from 2 other companies. Today (a month after I first requested a bid) they email me and say sorry, due to the small scope of the project (45' of gutter) they don't have time for me and turned down the job. Now I'm at least 2 months out into the rainy season trying to get on the schedule for the other company. If you don't want the job, don't bid it. What a waste of my time. Don't count on them to follow through, they may come in cheaper than the other companies but clearly you get what you pay for.
