Super cute little claw shop, the employee helped get my kiddo a toy. He loved it. We will probably go back next time we're in town

On a Saturday evening, we were greeted at the front, signed waivers, given our wrist bands (these…read moreare important!), then escorted by a worker and shown a brief video on what to expect. We left our belongings in a secure locker (locked and unlocked by our wristband) and shown how to enter the rooms. The museum is jam packed with room after immersive room--most of them require a combination of skill, intelligence and athleticism. Despite arriving fairly self-assured of our abilities, we were quickly humbled at the difficulty of the experiences, which provided a nice challenge. It was a lot of fun for a date night and kept us engaged the entire time, but it can be quite physical, so wear tennis shoes and comfy clothing. We purchased a two hour pass, uncertain if there would be enough to keep us entertained and it was plenty! Despite its being a Saturday night, we didn't have to wait more than a few minutes for any of the rooms, and most we didn't wait even a minute for. Both staff and other patrons were very friendly and the facility was clean and exciting. There were a few rooms with audio difficulties (hints were difficult to hear, like the clue themed dinner room and the spooky telephone room), and the "how to play" language wasn't available or didn't update for subsequent levels on some of the rooms' screens, but these were literally the only improvements we could recommend. After two hours, there were some rooms we still hadn't seen, and we'll definitely return more prepared next time!

Lots of fun but a few rooms were being repaired / out of order. There are lots of different games…read moreto play, but this place isn't ideal with young kids. I took my almost 7 year old, and she couldn't reach a lot of things or understand certain games. This place is ideal for ages 12 and up. We didn't get any "stamps" and it's really hard to get those because you need to complete all levels of a game to get them and a game can have up to 10 levels. So just expect to have some fun, but not actually "win" anything! My 6 year old was disappointed some of the games out in the open didn't actually get her any stamps.
