He is unwilling to refund us despite his outdated paperwork and failure to update his contact information online. Very poor communication skills. It's really easy to find, just take Yankee Valley Drive and go east until you see it. You'll pass a Storage Mart on the left. Airdrie Mini storage is on the right. The lady who runs this place, Anita is the bomb. She is so helpful and accommodating. She is there all the time because she lives on site. It's nice to have someone there all the time in case you need something and they're watching over the units. The prices can't be matched anywhere in Calgary which is why I chose this place. I rent a 10 x 15' space which is cheaper than the one I had previously in Calgary. They can do up an automatic payment if you want, phone your payment in or drop it off in person. They're really flexible and accommodating which is super duper fantastic. The map on here doesn't give a true representation of where this storage is located. Like I mentioned just take Yankee Valley East and you'll get there. It's close to the airport.

I had to SHOW my lock before they took theirs off. The guy said oh, if they came in the evening and we put our lock on , they'd be mad. I told him well it creeps me out when I come in the evening and see that they don't have a lock (I am a woman). They lost me as a customer, i could have picked a number of storage companies for 244.00 a month. If I could give you a zero rating I would.
