So I started searching for things we could have delivered to her house. I was not expecting to find such unique and fun ballon options! I contacted ChiTwist for a quote and Clayton quickly responded. We nailed down what I was looking for in record time. I'm sure it took an hour or less from quote to payment. The night before the delivery, I got a text from Clayton asking if I'd like the display on an indoor base since rainy weather was headed that way. Yes! I really appreciated that. It was perfect (and honestly I thought they were all on a base, not a yard stake). Good news, I got to see this fantastic display in person and everyone loved it. I wanted a quote for something unique. I answered her email questions then an Ali responses saying "Nicole is out of the office until Monday." She went on to tell me "12 days is enough for us to accommodate your requests." I don't think they could handle my request. As Nicole previously stated, "I sincerely apologize for the delay and completely understand your frustration. You're right that I had given you a timeline, and I'm sorry that I wasn't able to meet it or communicate the delay with you sooner. We are currently in the height of our busiest season, and our response and proposal lead times have unfortunately been longer than usual. That being said, I should have kept you updated rather than leaving you waiting. I am working on your decks and will have it over to you today. They have competitive pricing. I brought in my own balloons and a few days later when I came to pick them up, they were wonderful.
