Oktoberfest theme balloons for birthday party

Gina does excellent work! She went above and beyond for my wife's balloon arrangement by creating a theme and including extra items that played into theme. She also installed the balloons on our front fence during heavy winds and when a balloon or 2 flew away she had back ups ready. Well organized and executed at a good price. Thanks again!
